Dr. Gregg S. Zernich, DO

Dr. Zernich has been my doctor for 25 years and his father, Dr.
Wallace Zernich was my doctor before him. Dr. Zernich is the best. He always is patient, listens to any concerns I have and is very
thorough. Friendly and kind. His staff is wonderful. They answer my emails on Follow my Health very quickly and all are great to work with. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Zernich and his staff!!!

Dr.Zernich's father was my pcp before he retired!!! Dr. Zernich I have been with him for many years... He is very professional and listens to ur problems and needs. He doesn't get frustrated if u are worried or just talking. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE STAFF IS PROFESIONAL AND REALLY NICE!!

Dr. Zernich has been my Doctor for over 10yrs. I have Several health problems and have had No Insurance in the past. I don't know how I would have gotten through it Without his willingness to work with me! He also spends All the Time I Need to go over Any questions or concerns I have about Anything!! Worth any wait and your going to wait Anywhere!!

NP Stacey Coyle is wonderful! He takes the time to listen to me and explain things so that I understand. If you cannot get in with one of the MD’s, I highly recommend Stacey! The staff is fantastic! I am so thankful to have found this group after my long time MD passed away.

Dr. Gregg is a great PCP. I've been seeing him for several years and I can honestly say he is one of the few doctors that actually cares and spends time with you to address all of your concerns!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zernich since he started his practice, he through, compassionate and he spends as much time as necessary for each appointment. His staff is excellent as well

Our family has had Dr Greg for over 25 yrs is excellant, very understanding,compassionate, a great personality. He has an excellant office staff also.

Really listens to you and works with you to figure out what's best for you instead of blanket treating like some of these other docs seem to be stuck in

My father passed away last week and has been a lifelong patient of Dr. Zernich. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because he did help my dad over the years, to the point they knew each other on a more personal level than an “average patient.” But, no one is special like they’d want you to think. The day after he passed, Dr. Zernichs office was contacted by my mother, as he had an appt the next day, to cancel it. So that office was well aware my dad was supposed to come in and who he was. Also, I heard the EMT confirm the death certificate with Dr. Zernich before they could even take him out of our house. (He said it was standard protocol to call the PCP once someone passes) Not sure if it was a huge miscommunication with Dr. Zernich and his office staff (my dad always had issues with how unprofessional they could be) or something else. We were at his funeral standing by his casket when the funeral director was forced to interrupt and inform us his Dr. had yet to send the death certificate, and he cannot be cremated without that in hand. We thought this was something that was already taken care of and didn’t need to worry about because we trusted in their office to do their job, being such a simple task and the notice they were given. When my mom called and spoke to one of his nurses she was extremely rude about the whole situation also. Mind you my mother had to step away from my fathers side to do this a few times throughout the evening. It finally did get sent, at the VERY last minute. The fact they were contacted multiple times and had from Monday-Thursday to simply sign a piece of paper and didn’t do so is unacceptable and disappointing to say the least. They are holding the process up for someone to be put to rest and find peace. He knew my father very well, and it’s sad the years spent helping him had to end on a note like this. Coming from someone who works in healthcare, you should have a little more compassion and urgency based off certain situations-such as death. His staff needs more training on how to work in a healthcare setting and I hope this unfortunate situation doesn’t happen to anyone else that is a patient there.

Dr. Zernich is amazing. His staff is a total nightmare. They make the simplest issues into major ordeals. One of his employees is as ignorant as it gets. She’s tries desperately to diagnosis every patient with her own opinions yet she is neither a nurse or not even a nursing assistant graduate. It’s sad and the office manager has apparently no say so as to how this office is run.!!! I guess the dr is totally unaware even though I have discussed it on numerous occasions. I have a few friends who go there and they have the same issues with this staff. It’s not worth going there because unfortunately you have to deal with then. I’m amazed that HVHS has not been sued repeated over this ........ yet

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!!!!!! DO not recommend as they were not able to take me as a patient and thought that they were a family practice but yet wouldn't accept my 19 year old either. Staff hung up on me ant they really need to get it together. This would be a zero but google made me say 1 star.
