Great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. The gentleman walked me right to the items I was looking for, made my trip there very quick. Glad to see a business that has the old values of treating people properly.

I really like this store. I found some great deals. They have a lot of cool stuff. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Good for quick trip and usually have what you need in stock, or shortly after your purchase. Staff is usually fairly friendly and knowledgeable, and ready to help.

Wonderful people! We needed a generator and when they didn’t have one Eric helped us find a Harbor Freight that did! Everyone at their store was great and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Very helpful staff. Was unable to find crows feet at first and upon asking an employee, he took me right to it. Cashier (who I wish I remembered the name of) was exceptionally friendly while purchasing my Inner Tie Rod Removal Tool, which did the job very well. Saved me from having a vehicle tied up on my rack and allowed my dealership to have access to a working tool that nobody else has. Always a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience at the Harbor Freight store in Center Township today. I was met in the front of the store by the store manager offering to help me find what I was looking for. I showed my list of items and told her I was fine and would look around for a bit. She showed me where to find the first item. She later circled back several times to make sure I was finding the items, all the while helping others.
I found everything I needed and found a few that I wanted.
Overall, a great experience.

I love Harbor Freight. They have a great variety of tools & equipment for almost any use or purpose, and the prices are quite reasonable. It makes me wish I had a bigger garage (and more time to spend in it)!

Always good. Some stuff is junk but the price is good for the good stuff. I was shopping for clamps...they had a sale on 36" clamps $5.99 each wasn't looking for 36" clamps but bought a few anyway - you can never have to many clamps!

Always a nice store. I stop in for some Vulcan tig welding gloves. There nice gloves for 10 bucks.

My husband likes going here for some smaller tools. They have good prices and always have some sort of deal they're offering. It's clean and organized. The store manager asked if we needed help and showed us where a couple different things were located.

My experience on 4/12 was extremely pro customer. especially the store manager on duty @ 1:30. She was multi/tasking and she still had plenty of time to sincerely help me. Also the young man checking me out was very knowledgable on certain transaction I had.

Clean, has what you need cheaper then other places. If you need power tools its way cheaper them lowes . You usually get what you Pay for but they have a great plan if you buy the extra warranty. Very well worth buying.
They will replace your tool if it breaks and you buy that warranty which is usually very cheap to purchase.
Pet friendly too. Nice employees that I've encountered.

One of my favorite stores. I've bought many tools from them over the years and have been very satisfied with all of them. I was able to get Christmas gifts for all 9 people in my office for under $100. Great Holiday sale.

This was my first time in a harbor freight and I am officially hooked! Prices were awesome and they have a great selection. We were helped and when we cashed out I was suprised at my total. If there were more stars they would get a 10!

Cheap tools! I wish I had 50 hours to examine each and every item. I want to open the items and test them all. It would be fun to build something massive using all their tools. Have it out in the parking lot and then when it's finished sell the item and return all the tools. It's a great place that gives me incentive to use every tool!

While their stuff may not be among the best on the market, Harbor Freight has a great variety of tools and equipment that fit the bill for the average Joe with price point that ranges from competitive to major savings. This is the first place I go when I have a new project to complete.
