Protech Auto Group, Inc Baden

After replacing my battery, I still had a small un-noticed problem. (I didn't originally take the car for this problem) When I called, Chris, Mike and Jason all worked to correct the new issue in a timely manner all while keeping me informed. Great work!

Compared their prices exactly as was quoted by my car dealership. They were exactly comparable. Nice to know.

Honest and fair. I’ve been going to different Protech auto group locations for all my car needs for years. I will continue to go there because of how honest the technicians are, which is a rare trait. A trait that I've seen in many Protech locations, so they must be owned by good people with a good morale compass. They are very reasonably priced and will never recommend a service that isn’t truly needed. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and seem like truly good people. I have had some bad experiences with car shops before and am very grateful to have a place like Protech auto group, near by, for all my car needs.

I've been using Baden Protech for years even though it's not the closest place because I trust them to do necessary maintenance and repairs without upselling. I had a battery problem last weekend and stopped in without an appointment. Chris was great and took care of it for me same day. Highly recommend

Reliability builds trust in the automotive field, and Protech in Baden has earned my trust these last several years. I bring my car in every 3,000 miles for an oil change, and have had major work and preventative maintenance done as well. I had to bring my car back once because something didn't sound right. I wasn't able to explain the noise accurately enough, but they took the time to investigate the issue, turns out it was a faulty part. Problem solved. My car has always been done when I was told it would be done and have never been surprised by the cost. Highly recommend Jason and his crew!

I had a problem contacted owner of company paul within 1 day had app for this sat just left everything fixed an done right!!!!! All personnel were great especially the mechanic great guys great owner ! If u hav a problem they stand behind it!

I can't say enough of the day I pulled in anxious and scared and how Jason Watenpool the store manager and Lewis Lecerf, one of their automotive technicians, came to my rescue a bit over a week ago as I was traveling through from South Dakota to our new home in Maryland. With my son and 2 older dogs and while pulling a loaded 6x12 foot uhaul trailer my 2001 pick up started to suddenly lose power and was shaking! After trouble shooting, it turned out to be the coil, a bad plug and vacuum line. They had it fixed in very little time and had us back on the road! These guys are miricale workers and my hero's! Thank you for the excellent work and more than fair pricing!!
