I read the reviews and was very excited to see this bench. We drove up 3 hours from Maryland to see this beauty and while it is a VERY nice bench, I was disappointed to see it is in disrepair.

As you can see in the photo, there is a board that is very very warped and possibly one sit away from snapping. It didn’t totally ruin the moment but it definitely took away from the enjoyment of the moment. Disappointing.

Will probably go back, of course, since the rest of the bench is so impressive. But the proper care MUST be taken to ensure the bench’s condition and I’m concerned that’s just not happening.
