I didn't think good customer service existed anymore until I started renting a storage unit from AG Self Storage. They have done everything possible to make renting a unit quick and easy, and the unit feels safe and secure. I had to call them a couple of different times and I was amazed at their quick response. The unit is clean and they even provide you with a lock. I have a peace of mind renting from these folks and know my stored stuff is in good hands.

Thank you for such a great experience. As a first time storage user, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, organized process. I give AG Self-Storage five stars! The Welcome Packet, excellent customer service and overall move-in, move-out process was superb.

Wow! AG Self Storage exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness, safety, communication, access… it was all there! We were so pleased with the ease at move in… communication was clear and the welcome package and lock was ready for us. I thought the access to pallets and brooms was a really nice touch and I appreciated the obvious security measures in the complex. Our items stayed clean and dry, despite a summer of heavy rain. I enthusiastically recommend AG Self Storage to anyone in the Upper Valley!

I am writing to commend AG Self Storage for its high quality services.

My wife and I bought a house in the Upper Valley in 2021 and brought several large heirloom stained glass windows with us. Because we were not able to have them mounted in our new home for several months because of renovations, we sought temporary storage for the items. The market was very tight at the time, but with the thoughtful help of Michael at AG Self Storage we were able to secure a unit relatively easily. We finally installed the windows in our new home in the fall of 2022 and closed out our contract with AG.

We were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Michael and his team were responsive whenever we had a question, had ready and effective solutions, kept us apprised of billing and similar issues, and in every respect made our experience with AG efficient, professional, and cordial. I heartily recommend their services.

I stored by stuff at AG Self Storage for a little over a year. I was given a very clean unit which has not always been my experience at other storage facilities.

I never met a person from AG but to be honest, that worked really well for me. I was told what unit was mine and found everything I needed in the unit when I got there - on my own time.

Just finished the checkout procedures via email and text and it was so easy. Would recommend this place 100%.

I had a great experience with AG Self Storage in White River Junction. It was incredibly easy to secure my storage unit using their website. Customer service was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The facility is immaculate, and has great features such as complimentary brooms and pallets to use. It really was a perfect experience. I highly recommend them.

We were looking for a transitional storage unit when we moved locally between houses. AG Self storage was really straightforward; I could sign-up on the web, get the automated confirmation, and the owners followed-up in person quickly with specific details. The unit was clean, we could move in the next day, the facility felt safe, and close-out was hassle-free. I'm not sure what else you could ask for? Overall a great experience.

Really nice staff, not a big corporation. Great facilities and location. We feel safe having our belongings there, and our experience was easy peasy and less expensive than we expected.

My husband and I needed a place to safely store all of our household belongings while we waited for our new house to be built. It wasn't easy to find some place that we thought was secure and offered great customer service, but AG Self Storage came to the rescue. Mike and Ashley and the rest of the crew were super easy to work with, the storage was well-built, easily accessible and secure. Can't say enough good things!

AG storage has been a life saver. The owner Micheal did everything in his power to make my experience top notch. I had everything I needed and was able to look at multiple units of various sizes to make sure I had the right fit. The renting process was very easy. The site is secure with cameras on every corner. I felt very safe and well protected to store some of my prized possessions there. I have rented before at other storage unit places and this is by far the best experience yet.

Brand new facility. The storage unit was very clean and dry. The lock is provided and you get a nice little welcome package full of helpful advice about storage. The reservation process was super easy, the facility manager, Ashley, was personable and easy to work with. The owner, Mike, came over to introduce himself as I was unloading, and to make sure I had contact information in case of emergency. I don't hesitate to recommend this facility without reservation!

Ashley and Michael are very nice and easy to deal with. The facility is always clean and in very good condition. I feel safe going in and out of the facility anytime. AG storage sends email at least a week before the next charge for reminder. A great place for short or long term way to store your belongings.

My husband and I move from Virginia and talk to Ashley about renting a storage units and we couldn’t be happier. These are new units were very clean and easy to access. . An absolutely amazing facility, staff and owners!!!! Highly recommend these guys for your storage needs. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have big or small. From start to finish great experience!!!! If my family needs a storage unit again we will only be going back to this place Hands down!!!!!

Great experience! I kept my stuff here for over 6 months and I never had any problems. The storage units are clean and safe, check in and check out are fast and easy, more importantly the owner is always willing to help.

Rented for about 5 months. Seamless transitions from move-in to move-out. Hassle-free set up- you make your own code for the keypad to open the gate and can access 24/7. Online billing access can change auto-pay/manual pay options. They provide a lock and keys for the unit that are returned at the end, and emailed instructions for the process are clear. Brooms are also available for sweeping the unit. Clean, new, and easy location. Helpful staff! Happy with the choice. Price is comparable to competition.

Since day one of my renting my storage unit it's been nothing but a positive experience. Never have I had the need for a unit I had no clue of what to do. I didn't know what size I would need. Micheal took the time with me on site of the facility to walk me through the steps of renting a unit. He made sure I had the appropriate size that I would be needing. The customer service I received was exceptional. I always mention to people what a relief it was to have had the assistance in renting a unit and the treatment I received.

Excellent customer service! It was easy to set up an account at the kiosk. I spoke to them before I went and they were helpful and genuine. I lost one of the keys to my unit and the owner was very prompt in responding, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend AG Self Storage!

This is a neat, clean and secure facility. The management is ultra organized, responsive and friendly. We were able to complete our transactions, and move in / move out procedures all online which was very convenient. I highly recommend AG Self Storage.
