I am sitting in a very comfortable chair as a result of the efforts of Natalie at Wrigley Business Products. I ordered on Amazon and it came in missing the seat and box was obviously opened.. Natalie worked very hard to get me a replacement chair very quickly at no additional cost to me.. There were several issues with the service system on Amazon blocking photos and blocking links as well (making it very hard to get issue resolved) but Natalie was very patient with my frustration and took great care of me.. THANK YOU! It is very appreciated.

Chad, our office supply delivery guy is AWESOME. SO friendly, funny, helpful. He comes to our office and knows where to put our stuff and is just efficient and just really a nice guy and easy to deal with.

Chad is just super nice. I’m so glad when I see him because he’s just so nice, does his job efficiently and always tells me to get back to work, because he’s got it. It’s just a relief to have him. He's never grumpy, always friendly and very efficient.

Wrigley's has wonderful customer service, awesome delivery guys and competitive prices! I am glad we made the switch from Staples to Wrigley's, I like the personal relationship we have as well. At Staples and other big named companies you really just feel like another person.

Primrose School uses Wrigleys weekly to order a wide range of supplies and are extremely pleased with the next day delivery, the friendliness and knowledge of its associates, and the products available. If an item is back-ordered or not immediately available, Wrigleys will call us and tell us options such as a substitute or the timeline involved in having the product available. We have used other business suppliers and Wrigleys is by far the best that we have found.

Even though I had a few problems with my gift card I received over the holiday, this great company was able to work with me and the transaction was great. Great customer service, and very fast shipping! Thanks alot guys.

I ordered a sit to stand desk from them via amazon. The actual functionality of the desk is good for my bad neck & back. It arrived damaged but the company rectified the problem.

Ordered an item through Walmart from this company a month ago. Still have not received it. Walmart said I would need to contact Wrigley's. I did & got an automated email that they were out of the office & would get back to me. A week later I'm still waiting. It says my item was shipped but that's it. No one will get back to me & Walmart is now working to get a refund for me.
