Penn State Health Urgent Care - Maidencreek

Took my son in for strep on a Sunday morning. We were checked in and seen promptly. The staff at the front desk, the nurse (Donna) and the Doctor were professional, empathetic and caring. They took exceptional care of my son and went above and beyond to get us the medication he needed. They even offered to write him a note for school. We were seen and on our way out within an hour. We would highly recommend this facility and it's wonderful staff.

I was here recently with my son and he was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. The nurse and doctor, Judy and Tammy were great! They were very friendly and helpful and explained everything very well. My son's condition was accurately diagnosed and we were out the door in less than 1 hour total. I was here twice before with a positive experience each time.

My experience yesterday was wonderful. Took my daughter for a physical for her drivers test. Staff was pleasant. We were in an exam room within 5 minutes and the physicians asst was in to see us almost immediately. Very friendly, quick and thorough. Entire visit including getting the paperwork filled out was under 20 minutes. Insurance wouldn’t cover but it still cost less than her regular Dr even after insurance.

I've been coming here for a long time. I always get my blood work done here with no problems. Usually in and out very quickly. The urgent Care is always very professional.

Went on a Sunday morning. We were seen quickly, xrayed, splinted, and on our way within an hour. They were not busy at the time. The staff and PA were very nice and helpful. I almost passed on going here because of the negative reviews but I'm glad we didn't.

Excellent and quick care. I was seen right away and out within an hour.

The service is always great but when you get Dr. Tammy the service is excellent! She is very caring and takes te to explain everything to you. She is absolutely exceptional with our children. Her care and knowledge is the best we have found. Thank you Dr. Tammy for yet another excellent experience!

I take my kids here I never had any bad experience with them yes the wait time is a little long but other then that they were always nice

Bloodwork always goes well here for me. Also, their physical rehab center is very good. Unfortunately, my new insurance does not include this center's services anymore.

Husband went for x rays.I went for lab work..no appointment. Out in 20 min.
Phlebotomist was awesome

Always a pleasant experience. Nice staff, good PAs and treatment. Never waited long.

It one of the best centers here in Berks county
Staff are always friendly kind and helpful.
