I was in search of a bicycle seat and purchased one at this location. A gentleman named Scott had assisted me. Scott said if I needed a certain bolt to let him know. Turns out I did on the next day I returned but Scott was off. I am getting up in the years and i was not feeling so hot but nevertheless I met the front sales a female named Taylor. Straight away she went to bat for me and hit a home run! I was introduced to Shawn and he also was very happy to help and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend store. I felt better 😃😃

Was greeted three times when entering the store. Staff and service is very polite and friendly. Very clean and up to Covid 19 regulations.

we needed football pants real bad for the game the next morning at litterally 9:30 am. im a single dad with young kids, wr couldn't find the size, long story short after about 5 trips in amd out of the dressing room I finally asked for help, the employee looked, and then , at the last minute before we were about to give up, she had an idea..check the mannequin! low and behold the ONLYZ mannequin had the brand and size we wanted and needed!!! what are the odds! SHES a genius. then after that I had found ANOTHER item and needed a price check so I asked a DIFFERENT associate and she informed me, after giving me the price, that if I download the app I can do my own price check, and I was like, can I connect it to my number on file, and she CONTINUED to assist me. then the young fellow at the register also went above and beyond so I asked him the first person's name and told him the story and he said her name was Julia and I could shout her out specifically because she saved the game LITTERALLY !

Bought shoes for my daughter this morning, and the gentleman that helped us out was wonderful...Outstanding customer service....Wish I got his name.Thank you!!!!

HUGE shoutout and thank you to MOD Zack. His level of customer service went above and beyond today and I could not be more appreciative of his willingness to help with my purchase. Curb-side payment processing was down again (same thing happened last week, causing me to lose out on dumbbells). Finally received a notification the weights were back in stock at Beaver. Immediately went online to purchase curb-side pick-up and received the same error message. Not wanting to lose out on the weights again, I called the store, explained my situation to Zack. Without hesitation, he offered to come outside to collect payment and bring the items out to my vehicle. I could not be more grateful for his help today. He truly went above and beyond.

My husband purchased a Taylormade Simm 2 Max driver. We were helped by Dave the pro at the Beaver Valley Mall. He was awesome, very helpful with the simulator and very knowledgeable about the equipment. My hubby is hitting it great. Good results on the course!

Great variety of inventory in many areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't take long to find what I needed and lots of other things that are on my list for the future. Great experience.

If you're looking for shoes, ask for Tyrah. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Went to 3 other shoe stores prior and I wasn't even greeted.

Just went in and got my daughter some volleyball stuff and the manager Dale is awesome! She helped us right away. She is awesome and very friendly. Dale you rock! 💯

Very professional and helpful to finding anythin in the store even items that are in the back storage also very polite and respectful employee's who dont just stand around i was in and out of the store within minutes great service as well

Greg at the back entrence to dicks was sooo kind, usually i run into snobby egotistic a**holes but he was a total sweetheart! I appreciate people like him in sports stores.

Clean and organized. Not a lot of shoppers. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for in the store. But I can order it online.
