Their salon has the best hairdressers. They do my children's perms, highlights, bayaloge, and haircuts. They do great work and are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable

Lots of great items at really good prices. I recommend signing up for the loyalty points. Great deal!

I love shopping in the baby section with the amount of toys and clothes and deals are simply amazing! Customer service is extremely helpful the lines were not long I was approached and asked if I needed any help, the employee or above and beyond customer service skills truly appreciated being a first-time grandma and my granddaughter turning one TODAY 10/18/23! 🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕

I needed a nice white dress shirt and dress shoes for a dinner engagement. I knew I would find what I wanted here. Kelley, who greeted me as soon as I arrived in the men's department, asked me if I needed any help and she did. She was very friendly and professional and I was very appreciative for all the help she gave me. I bought an awesome Shaquille O'neal white shirt and a pair of Stacy Adams shoes!! Very happy with my visit to JC Penny at Beaver Valley Mall today! Ordered items online for in-store pick up. First sweater, long length, smoke rose color came in yesterday as promised. Went & picked up. Cashier was polite, jovial & prompt with his service! No complaints! I went to leave with my gorgeous sweater & noticed a great sale in ladies underthings! Asked young lady, sales clerk if they still sold Olga bras, answer was I do not see them so probably not! Here's the great part. This young lady went & looked up my question. She saw me about 10 minutes later & said I never thought I would see you again but I went & checked on your question anyways!!! And YES they do still sell them online! Nobody goes out of their way anymore just because! This Clerk, thinking she would've never seen me again went & found my answer regardless! That's the kind of person I am & sincerely appreciate it especially from a young lady who had responsibility to follow on my question! Thank you Penney's hope you find 20 more like her & hire them! And, "Thank You for everything!", to the young lady working in ladies apparel! It is appreciated!!

I'm 6' 9" tall and a BIG guy. Their Big and Tall shop fits ME! Fair prices, prompt service and no masks required now. Let's not lose this one, folks! I need clothes 😂

I LOVE beauty salon! I have recently started having my nails and hair done there. Tammy is amazing with the nails and such a sweet person! Mimi does a super job cutting and styling my hair and is such a fun person to talk to! An overall comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend you give it a try!!!

Love the JC Penney's at the Beaver Valley Mall. Its such a nice store to shop in, very clean & everything is in order. Its the BEST JC Penney's around Pittsburgh!😊 The workers are all so friendly and always willing to help you!😊 Best Penney's store!!!😊

There is something magical within the walls of these stores. Hermits and trolls working to make the store so beautiful. And a pricing gun is held by everyone. They scan everything by pulling the trigger. Fun to watch them work. You have to be in the right place to see beyond the walls.

Hadn't been to the JCPenney salon here for a couple of years. Spur of the moment I actually got an early evening appointment and loved the way the stylist cut and blew dry my hair!

Great variety and plricing

Marylou was great! I walked in on Short notice, asked for green highlights in my hair and she said ok! Another salon tried talking me out of it! My bangs were perfect length, and she was friendly, nice and funny! Definitely my new stylist!

If you haven't read any of my reviews, I should tell you that I have to shop at big and tall stores to find clothes that fit me. And the JC penny's at the Beaver Valley Mall has a great selection of clothes for me. I think Beaver Valley must be on a diet because there was more of a selection there than anywhere else.
