This place is fantastic. Amy is the lady we’ve talked to for our repairs and she is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. We’ve had to had a couple things done to my wife’s ring and they’ve been great quality jobs done. I’d recommend anyone in the area who needs and jeweler to check them out. Pricing is also very reasonable. We’ve been elsewhere and had bad experiences.

Gipprich is a WONDERFUL family owned business. My husband and I have visited often and have bought multiple high quality, fair priced, and beautifully unique pieces. He bought my diamond engagement and wedding band there, as well as his own band, and my 10 year anniversary ring. I have had many, many compliments on both the style and quality of the diamonds from all 3 pieces. Both Amy and Trisha were extremely personable, had a high knowledge of the items we were looking at, and were very accommodating when it came to getting sample pieces in. We have also purchased watches, earrings, and pendants to name a few other items. One of the HUGE benefits of working with Gipprich is that if there is ever a question or concern about an item you have purchased they are more than willing to help you to look at it more closely and help to resolve any concerns. I return there often to browse and have my rings professionally cleaned (for free) and have all of the prongs checked under a microscope. If you are looking for a high quality item, and amazing customer service LOOK NO FURTHER! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry business.

Richard and the team are amazing! It's not that often that I write a review but I have to share my experience. I had an engagement ring made for my fiance from my grandmother's 70 year old ring. They not only created exactly my vision but made it better than I could have imagined. On top of it all the work was done at a very reasonable price. They have gained customers for life in us.

Brought my bracelet to get fixed. They had it fixed and cleaned in less than a week. It looked better than brand new! Very reasonably priced as well. Will be going back in the future!

Very nice establishment, excellent service, nice selection, reasonably priced. Got a really nice Citizen watch for a price I wasn't expecting. Recommend them highly and I will shop there again. And I would rather support local business, the brick & mortar shop owners rather then the online monster mom & pop shop killers.

Went here for a chain repair. Lady was very nice and helpful. Got fixed in a very timely matter. Fairly priced. Would go back for any jewelry work I need done in future.

Richard and Amy do a great job. Richard put together earrings for my wife that catch everyone's attention. More recently helped me get her a Christmas gift that made her excited at a very reasonable price. Just nice people.

Bought my first watch somewhere else and it wasn't the correct fit. Brought it in for $10 I had to links removed from my Watch. The fit was a little tight as I found out after a few days wearing it.

They didn't even hesitate to help me add in a link when I came back a different day.
