Been going here for quite awhile now to see Dr. Nguyen. She has never been anything but extremely friendly, cheerful, professional, and attentive. Any time an occasional problem comes up whether it be scheduling, or a prescription error, it is always taken care of promptly. I'd be hard pressed to ask for anything better. Although it's 5 minutes from home and very convenient, I would most likely go out of my way to continue coming here if they were to relocate.

I’ve been at this practice for 10+ years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. All the physicians I’ve met with are caring and professional. I love this location because of the physicians and because your concerns are met promptly. So many places don’t get back to you for days on end for appointments, questions, prescriptions, etc. I have never had this issue here. Anytime I’ve had a concern, someone was available to speak with me the same day.

I have been a patient at this practice for 22 years. My parents and my sons also have been patients at this practice. There is excellent communication and care. The doctors are like family, to me.
During covid, there was a shift in sick care to protect those who needed their regular check ups. As a regular patient, I was made aware of this. Covid has inconvenienced many of us.
Would not ever think of leaving this practice.

I have been a patient of Family Medicine for more than 30 years. I have always been very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment, the communication regarding lab results, and all else that I’ve asked of them. The staff is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to accommodate me.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this office. From my experience as a patient who has been going to this office for the last four years I have had nothing but excellent care and service.

Nice people, and quick appointments, just gets a little frustrating when they keep scheduling me to people that don't accept my insurance

I’ve been going here pretty much my whole life.

I’ve contacted the office several times regarding paperwork that I submitted over a week ago to sign. I sent paperwork a month ago and followed up on that too, but never received a response. Why have my chart or the option to leave messages if you are just going to ignore patients?

"Thank you for trusting Tower with your Health Care needs. TOWER WITHHOLDS MEDICAL CARE FOLLOWING CRIMINAL ATTACK BY NURSE: We go to a hospital for care when a doctor sends us. Tower Health has a policy called, "PATIENT'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES" assuring us of "respectful care". I did not receive this "respectful healthcare" on June 24th, 2023. Instead I was verbally attacked by a nurse who actually took a criminal action of filing a false police report against me, a patient, just for showing up sick. This nurse threatened to do so and did. Why? Difficult to say, Tower is certainly responsible for this as I did not hire this Nurse. The threat was reported promptly to the Patient Experience Coordinator, Julie Grant. Julie Grant would not give me the name of the nurse who attacked me. No one would give me the name of the nurse who attacked me so that I may go to the police and resolve this matter. I asked for a kind nurse. The response I received from this nurse was, "NO, YOU GET WHO YOU GET OR YOU GET NO ONE!" I followed protocol. Nothing was done to support or protect me. This is all CONTRARY to their policy called, "PATIENT'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES...You have the right to know the names of all the people taking care of you and their functions."

I have been a patient for approximately 22 years. It does not matter to this office manager. To her, this nurse was clearly allowed to treat me exactly as she did, threats & false police reports are just fine. They are not. This office manager treated me as a criminal, with disdain, incredibly unprofessional follow-up to the attack. My experience did not matter. I do not matter. MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS DO NOT MATTER. She told me repeatedly that she would not withhold care yet refused to schedule care to this date. It is September. She has withheld care for almost three months.

I wrote to Tower President one week ago, concerning how I may go about receiving care in a safe environment from Tower or any other medical facility as their actions have blocked me from every single medical facility. I received a letter back from Julie Grant, Patient Care Coordinator, telling me to hire an attorney so that he may communicate with their legal department. I JUST WANTED CARE. Now, even a communication from me is not good enough. MY OWN VOICE FOR 22 YEARS is NOT ENOUGH.

How is the withholding of Health Care appropriate following the criminal attack of your nurse?

Such a nightmare! We switched our family to this Provider in 2021, I learned the hard way this is NOT a family practice. I made the mistake of thinking they could be our family doctor because of the deceiving name of the practice. This practice is obviously not accustomed to managing family care. I had my children's annual physical appointments scheduled since they're last appointment there in 2021. A very condescending and slow speaking woman from they're scheduling department called me out the blue during my work day today to tell me that they suddenly have to reschedule my kids upcoming annual exams without offering any sort of explanation or remediation to the inconvenience. She then blatantly refused to even look at other doctor's than our normal Physicians availability in the office when I asked then offered me only a date weeks past the deadline required by our school. Sadly they have put my family in a very unfortunate position and we have no choice now but to switch our entire family now to a new doctors office to get the exam done by the deadline required by the state for school attendance. This is such a disappointment by a horribly managed office. I would highly advise everyone with children to steer very clear of this practice. I am in process of filing a formal complaint as well.

We walk in 20 minutes early for appointment. We have on cloth masks. We were asked to put on their masks which is a white paper mask. We change the masks. They don’t ask any other people wearing cloth masks to change their mask. Appointment is 4pm. At 3:58 we are taken for weight and height then put in exam room to wait for doctor. 4:40 I pop my head out and ask staff how much longer as it’s been 40 minutes now. They say they will find out. Knock on door. Staff member informs me doctor is with another patient and should be in to see us next. It is now 4:47. No sign of doctor. I understand running behind schedule but when you are this behind something should be said ahead of time to warn of how far behind schedule they are. My time is valuable too and now we will be late for another appointment. If you want a doctor don’t see Dr. Nygen

Switching practices ASAP. My 2 and a half year old son has been sick on and off for 6 weeks now (covid test negative) and twice when I needed to have him seen by the doctor, the nurse called to say to go to urgent care. Once at urgent care, I was told I need to follow up with my regular doctor. They only see you for well visits and do not do "sick" appointments. Absolutely unacceptable as I keep getting pushed off and I am just trying to get care for my son. I would never recommend Tower Health to anyone. Everyobe I told has been shocked at the lack of care / refusal to see my son.

If you are just going for wellness visits then its fine but god forbid you get sick you're wasting your time. Very rude, push you off, and I just had an issue with my doctor being away and the other doctors refusing to correctly fill my script so now I'm in limbo. The other review about waiting for them to call you back, yeah that's correct I think they'd rather wait for you to die. Beware

I used to think this was a good office. I have been waiting for a call back for over a week now.. No response.. Almost every single appointment with Dr. Krueger she has to refer me to a specialist. What's the point of having a primary care physician if they do literally nothing for you or don't return phone calls? Office is a joke. Husband and I are changing doctors and switching to St Joes. Maybe then we will get the care we pay for and deserve. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Tower Health Medical Group WHAT A JOKE!!!! This used to be a great office. Fabulous care by Dr. Krueger. The other guys not so much. Patient care was top priority. All concerns were taken care of immediately and never had to go without medications. Now I've had to turn else where to get proper care and have gone weeks battling with trying to get medications I need to take on a daily basis. It's not just this single office, save yourself the trouble and stay far away from the "Tower Health Medical Group"

Absolutely horrible communication between staff. They nickle and dime you at every turn. Dr. Kreuger pushes you off onto specialist every chance she can. Front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. Do not recomend.
