Jacksons Restaurant + Bar Monaca

An absolutely fantastic experience! With great service and delicious dishes, live music and holiday specials, I can’t recommend Jackson’s Monaca enough. The GM even made animal shaped napkins for our table (a duck, a bunny, and a fish). Huge thanks to everyone there and our server, Missy, for their exceptional care.

My boyfriend and I come here often and we love the atmosphere. The food is pricey but it’s well worth it. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and paired with just the right amount of food balance. Cocktails are so tasty and the service you receive is 5-star. Go here for your next special occasion and I’d recommend booking online for a surprise dessert :)

We had a delicious dinner and the server was great! The honey glaze chicken was very flavorful and the salmon was cooked perfect. To finish it all off, the dessert couldn't have been better. The atmosphere was great and the place is very clean. It wasn't overly crowded. We were seated right away. The whole meal with drinks and dessert was $120 and that included a 20% tip. Definitely worth stopping by and trying it out!

My server Willow was super nice and very helpful with explaining the menu. Very attentive service!! My hat is off to the Chef! Food was prepared fresh and to perfection, magnificent presentations. Very affordable considering everything! Recommend highly!

Very good food and service here! We went on a Thursday evening for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had live music. I had the blackened seared Ahi tuna for my appetizer, really good! Then the Fennel and Asian pear salad, very tasty and refreshing! The main course was the Berkshire pork chops, brined in apple cider, so they were very juicy and delicious! My dessert was the Grand Marnier souffle. So light and airy, beautiful orange flavor, just enough sweet and a great way to end the meal! We did the four course tasting option and it was the best decision. I had a great dinner and the music was awesome. Great vibe there. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I look forward to returning!

Delicious food, friendly staff, and bands on Thursdays from 5-8 pm. Really good bands, especially the Free Fall band. They'll be playing again April 18th from 5-8 pm. If you come for dinner and a show, be sure to say hi to me.

They have great food. I was pleasantly surprised. It surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend eating there. It will become your new favorite!

I had an amazing dinner with my family at Jackson’s. Bob was very attentive, helpful, quick and funny! He made sure that everyone got what they needed and packed up our leftovers. My family and I would love to visit this restaurant again!☺

My boyfriend and I came for their Valentine’s Day menu and it was the best food we’ve ever had and our server, Reed was absolutely fantastic. He was super nice and made us the best Shirley temple we’ve ever had. If you come here ask for him, you won’t regret it!

This restaurant has the best food that I've ever tasted in my life. I'm from out of town and I'm staying in the Hilton which this restaurant resides in, I've ate here twice for dinner and have had exceptional food both times. Does tomahawk steak was easily the top three steaks I've ever had in my life. It was so delicious. I will be getting it again before I leave to go back home. their breakfast is also the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life. and to be honest it's the best breakfast I've had anywhere. Their eggs I don't know what they do but they are so fluffy and so delicious that I just keep wanting to shovel them in my mouth. Their sausages delicious, they're bacon is delicious. All around highly recommend. But do note that if you're expecting a complimentary breakfast if you are not a diamond member, you will be disappointed. The breakfast will cost you $11.61. Overall 5/5

Customer service was great and the food was delicious. Their desserts are yummy, must try the Cheesecake.

I had the Mac n Cheese with pork BBQ on top. It was awesome!

Just had lunch here. Marci is phenomenal! She’s the gold standard. Just exactly what you desire a server to be like.
And then there is the food. People talk about it being pricey, but you get what you pay for … well prepared, very tasty and huge portions. Perfect place for any meal.
Only one downside … they are closed on Sunday.
Finally, I looked at some of the other reviews here … I like the fact that the owner reads them and responds. They truly care and work hard to give you a wonderful experience.
This was our second time to eat here … will be going again for dinner tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
