I’ve been filling my prescriptions at The Medicine Shoppe for several years and I must say this is the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. The owner, Dipak in addition to his team have always been extremely professional, polite and very helpful. I currently have my prescriptions delivered free of charge which is such an awesome benefit this pharmacy offers. I can’t say enough how happy I am to do business with The Medicine Shoppe - you have a life-long customer! Thanks for the amazing service!

What a great place to get medicines and vaccines! The dedicated staff answers all of your questions and they take great care to personalize your experience. They also offer FREE delivery and can also prepackage your meds into an EZMedpak box. I set that up for my dad and now he takes all of his meds with ease!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. Pharmacists are excellent and explain everything very succinctly. Love this pharmacy!

They did an amazing job at the vaccine clinic. My parents were able to get the vaccine and it went smoothly. The volunteers were amazing and so helpful. The nurse that administered my mother's vaccine was so kind and gave my mom a feeling of relief and was empathetic to her fears. The Medicine Shoppe in Shillington did an outstanding job in their massive COVID vaccination project. The whole process was unbelievably efficient, no extraneous wait time and EVERYONE was so nice and helpful. This individually owned pharmacy really knew how to pull off a large vaccination process of great service to the community. I highly recommend them.

Needed last minute Covid tests for traveling purpose for my family and the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy of Shillington came to rescue. We had our tests completed with Veronica who was super professional and friendly. Got our results back in very quick time and started our trip with a great peace of mind. I went to the vaccine clinic on 3/6/21 and had the best experience. I was expecting a lot of waiting around but had no wait at all. I went in, presented my paperwork, moved on to submit my papers, got registered with a vaccine card and got the vaccine immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. That includes the 15 min wait after the vaccine. Kudos for your organization and wonderful service. Thank you for providing this service to the citizens of Berks County.

My husband and I both received our first covid vaccine on March 13th. We were just one of the lucky ones to be able to be on the computer at the right time and was able to schedule our appointments. When going to the clinic run by the Medicine Shop we were both impressed on how well organized it was and so thankful for all the volunteers who gave their time to make it so successful. Medicine Shoppe on Lancaster Ave - Shillington is the place to go to get your meds and shots! Cvs is so messed up.. making you go different days to pick-up meds. Medicine Shoppe even live-texts you and u can use text to speak w the pharmacist!!!! This place even delivers. I can't ask for more. Medicine Shoppe is the best place.!!!

Phenomenal customer service and genuine commitment to their community. I am beyond impressed and thankful for their countless hours of organizing and strategizing how to best serve the community during COVID-19. Kudos to Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, Shillington, for another very successful Covid vaccine day! I’ve been a vaccinator for three shifts now and have been amazed at how well everything flows. The pharmacist who has answered my questions has been helpful and kind to each person I was hesitant to vaccinate due to other vaccine issues. The traffic control, vaccine runners, adverse reaction watchers, and all those record keeping clerical men and women have been wonderful to work with. Each person who came for a vaccination expressed sincere thanks. Great job, Medicine Shoppe!

The Medicine Shop is the best pharmacy i have ever dealt with. My husband and I have used the Medicine shop for years , and we have never had any problems. In fact they have always gone out of their way to make sure we are well satisfied. Most places treat you like a number, they treat you like family . The Medicine shop knows and understands how hard times are right now , so they always go above and beyond to help. Especially older folks like myself. There were times when my husband and I couldn't afford our Medicine but they were always there for us . So to anyone who is looking for some good old fashion friendly service ,someone you can always count on, then you have to go to the Medicine Shop. I was witness to one such clinic today, and I can’t say enough about how well organized the event was and how smoothly it ran.
