I've never had a bad experience since I began going to Kenhorst. Dr. Abou Saab is quiet, but informative and attentive. My wait time is never too long and everyone is always friendly. That's about all you can hope for at a Doctor's office!

Dr. Saab is wonderful! Very patient, thorough, and pleasant. He is also gay friendly. I have been going to him for years and will continue to do so as long as possible.

My infant is a patient of Dr. Chaudhry’s and is ALWAYS taken care of so kindly and quickly. Even as a first time mom worries a lot with all of these “first time illnesses,” they are ALWAYS sensitive and understanding to that and willing to get us seen and follow up by the doctor herself via phone to check on the baby. It gives this worry wort mother piece of mind!

I never have a problem going to see my doctor.. in the E building Dr.Luciano Miglirino been coming since I was 17 I’m now 25.. highly recommended

I called them to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician. She offered a video appointment for today. I agreed. After giving my information, I was informed that since I hadn’t been in for an appointment in 3 years (pandemic times) that I am no longer a patient and have to be treated as a new patient even though my insurance has this as my primary care. They refused to take me today after offering me an appointment for today at the beginning of the call. They said that I have to wait to be taken as a new patient which is a long wait for an appointment. I would not recommend this practice due to their ridiculous rules and unwillingness to be reasonable. I’d like to also note that never in those 3 years did I receive a call, email or letter saying that I need to come in for an appointment or I will lose my primary care provider. Do not go here because they will not be here for you when you need them!

Terrible customer service, when a doctor happens to be leaving a practice, it is normal to call his patients and reschedule any appointments they may have with another doctor. But not at this facility. They would rather let you figure it out and do it alone and then go on to tell you “sorry nothing available for the next year just call back another time”.

Dr Abou should be supervised at all times. He is unprofessional and disrespectful. He is prejudicial and leaves non-English speakers sitting for a while until he feels like seen them. His behavior is agressive, yells at you, and doesn't care about your medical concerns. Always making rude comments about his non-English speaking patients to his staff. It a shame this Doctor ethics and morals were out the window.

Save your effort and patience. This place is horrible. Doctors treat you like an assembly line. You get their attention for 5 minutes and your opinion is laughed it. Go elsewhere. Update 11/30/20. I go for lab testing. Got denied for not having appointment despite no clients in facility. Call number to schedule appointment according to staff's directions. Office is not open to schedule. This is the epitome of ridiculousness. Any doubt of lack of capability in medical treatment has been tossed. Please use their rival like I have switched

After checking in and waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room. I asked the lady at the front desk how much longer I would have to wait before seeing the doctor. she then replied "that I had not been checked in properly." So I asked to reschedule my appointment and was told my doctor wouldn't be available for over a month. I was not happy with their service and I am now I'm the process of looking for a new family doctor.
