I have had John Croft service my vehicles for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable about all makes and models. Mr. Croft is VERY fair with his charges for his services. Thank you!

I went to Croft’s because they also own an Alpaca Farm and I wanted to purchase a product for a gift. While I was there I discovered they also sell fresh eggs so I bought 2 dozen BEST EGGS I’ve had in years !

John is the best...very professional, honest and works with integrity. Have done great jobs with all my cars... you will not find anybody this good around here.. I guarantee. The new location causes little challenge for us to drop off cars.

Like many of the reviews here I have been taking our vehicles to John for over twenty years. That in itself speaks more than anything. A Well Earned Reputation, Fair and Honest without the up-sell. John knows his job and will always do his best.

Phenomenal! My family and I have been going here for years. We drove up here when we lived in Philly because of how wonderful the service and prices are. We currently live in Lancaster and drive a half hour to take our cars here. Best service and prices in the area, not to mention quality care of our cars. Highly recommend!

Been going to John Croft for service since 1990. The only place I'll go. Send all my friends there. He is truly an honest mechanic and a wonderful human being. Has kept my cars safely on the road for hundreds of thousands of miles. Over the years he has saved me a lot of money where somebody else might have bilked me. Definitely take your car to him. You won't be sorry.

Found a mechanic/service center I can trust here. Supporting a small biz and not a chain. Finished sooner than I expected, (same day, and I was expecting to have to rent a car). He knew the problem when I called. When I explained the problem to other places they wanted me to bring my car in, and "check it out." I will return to Croft's.

I have taken my 2001 Bonneville numerous times and have always gotten great service. The prices are always fair if not better then expected. Even the one time I got charged for a extra caliber I took receipt back and the owner was very apologetic and refunded me right away and could not have been nicer. Overall great service would recommend to anyone.

This place was the seed of my mechanical carrier. I worked for John when I was young and still learning. The experience and work ethic I got from this place is priceless and I still think of that time in my life to this day. Thank you for everything.

There's a saying in my family that we have horrible luck with cars. Whether the car is new or old, we always seem to have issues come up at inopportune times, and our 1998 Dodge Durango was the most recent car to fall victim to this curse. Previously we would have good ol' dad fix the car, but with his passing we were left without someone we could trust to do these repairs with honesty and integrity. Given it's age, and the fact that we didn't want to pour tons of money into the car, we went to John Croft at Croft's Service Center to see if he could give us an estimate. John was kind, courteous and informative and understood very clearly that we weren't looking to spend more than a few hundred on the car.

Not only did John fix the problem (it was a busted MAP sensor), but he did it for far less than we anticipated, charging us only 209 for the repair and that included the parts and labor! Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised, given that we were bracing ourselves for a 450-500 dollar fix and John didn't come close to that. We've definitely found our new family mechanic!

I am never going to forget how I came to realize that these guys are truly honest and trustworthy. We had my wife's car inspected there and they warned us that her catalytic converter would probably go bad before the next inspection. A few months later, the car was having trouble and a friend said it sounds like the catalytic converter. We took it back to Croft's and told them we thought it was the CC. We expected to pay a $400-$500 repair bill. The very next day they called to tell us the car was fixed, at a cost of only $82!! It wasn't the catalytic converter after all. Croft's could have robbed us by charging us for a new CC, but instead they were honest and only fixed and charged us for what was actually wrong. I am taking my car and future cars no place else to get fixed!!

I've been to a lot of different shops over the years and Croft's is the only service center that I truly trust to work on my car. They have very reasonable prices and the owner is always open, honest, and he cares if you are happy with their service.

Growing up my family always used Croft's for all of our vehicle needs. Now that I live about an hour away from West Lawn, I still make the drive (or utilize a tow truck) for any and all vehicle repairs and maintenance. They are very affordable and most importantly trustworthy.

This is the ONLY place that I take my car for service. I'm fortunate to have found an honest person who's great at fixing cars, so I've kept coming back for 25 years.
