Jocelyn and her family are wonderful people and aside from genuine, caring service, the knowledge is top tier. As a water feature professional, I could spend 8 hour days talking to her in the shop and learn something new every day. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Jocelyn is extremely knowledgeable and has had an answer for any questions that I have had. Her recommendations are always spot on and she has never steered me wrong yet. From fish to plants, she knows it all. I think the best part is how she treats customers. There are times when I have had to wait for some time. It doesn't bother me though because I know she will spend as much time with me as needed. Please keep this in mind if you go there and she is with another customer. When it's your turn, you'll feel like you're the only one in the place. The shop is a little out of the way but I promise you, it's worth the trip!

Wonderful place. Wide selection of aquatic plants. Have fish and pond equipment and supplies too. Our first venture into ponds. Very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Purchased 2 hardy water lillies. Discussed care and future re-potting needs. Will re-pot them in the future when needed, for a fee of course.
There is a very particular way they should be potted so it's good to know they can do it for us in the event ever needs to be done.

I so love visiting Nature's Aquatics! They have a great selection of plants, (very healthy) fish, and pond supplies and it's such a relaxing environment with beautiful ponds and waterfalls to soothe the weary soul! The customer service is wonderful and personal as well! The only down side is that once I'm there, I don't want to leave!

Nature’s Aquatics if the best pond store we have ever been to. The service is incredible and they always have what we are looking for and more! An amazing variety of koi also, so definitely check it out ...you won’t be disappointed.
