Furniture Mecca

We recently stopped on Penn St to look at furniture. Our 1st stop was Mecca. My husband and I were greeted upon entry by two nice gentleman. The store is beautiful! If you like the bling they got! All of the furniture was well made alot to choose from! Financing was an easy process. Overall we had a great customer experience!!!! Customer Service was excellent. Thanks Adrian!

Rich was superb and attentive. He went above and beyond to fix a mess in my order left by the previous manger. He jump right in on first day at this store to find a solution. I was grateful to receive help from him with his care I realized I was in the right hands. Rich makes you feel like family and does his best so you leave the store satisfied. He is a great salesman that cares about his customers and store. Please give this store a try under new management.

We received excellent customer service from the start. Rich was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Although we contacted the store for a specific dresser, Rich showed us a dresser that was of better quality than the one we had in mind. We were also given a great price. More importantly, he was understanding about our Covid safety concerns and took steps to ease our minds. We would definitely shop this Furniture Mecca again.

I have been looking for couches for months and I finally came around the corner from my house and looked in furniture Mecca. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted, went over finances and walked with a couch same day. They will work with you and also they will make sure you leave happy. Rays customer service amazing, the store manager amazing customer service. Both guys will go above and beyond. Please look past the old reviews under new management and they are upfront and honest. Also have layaway as well. Definitely a great place if you are looking for furniture. Definitely will be furnishing all my future homes from here as well thanks guy. Appreciate y’all💯💯💯💯

Well I love everything in this store. They have beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. Gabriel was super helpful and knowledgeable. I came in last Saturday with my mom and my cousin and i wanted to buy everything. I could not make up my mind but Gabriel was very patient and assisted me with picking out living room furniture. Gabriel and his staff were so great and helpful that I was glad I made the trip to furniture mecca. I will recommend them to my friends and family!

All I have to say, is that man RICH is really the best salesman around foreall. Nothing but proffesionalism and understanding on what we wanted. Showed us attention as soon as we walked in. Very patient and respectful. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Give that man a raise 💯.

I just want to say thank you to the new management at Reading furniture mecca for helping me out and my family with all of my furniture needs and making the process easy for us also they were very patient with us and didn’t rush us to make a purchase and made sure to explain everything in detail about my furniture and my finance options and worked everything out the way i want, I was pleased with everything they did for me the stock guy Ray was helpful with showing me all the items in the floor and also in the computer and the new manager Rich made sure to work out all the financial parts of the deal, overall I’m very happy with my purchase at “furniture mecca reading” please don’t look at the old reviews for the old management from before because the New Team Management are Awesome and they will make sure you will be taking good care of with good customer service and prices are very reasonable… thank you to the new management at furniture mecca reading for making this Christmas holiday a happy holiday for my family for providing us with all of our furniture needs right before Christmas we received are delivery in perfect timing before Christmas.
