Baasch Dental

Came in today - during COVID times - to have a tooth filling replaced. Dr Baasch and team have created a smooth, well-oiled, and easy check-in process to keep everyone safe and distanced throughout the entire experience. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Everyone was so nice and friendly, as usual. Dr Baasch explained the filling replacement process and made me feel at ease. They did everything to make my experience as pleasant as possible. Simply the best dentist I've ever been to; hands down! I can see why it can be challenging to make an appointment here -- everyone wants to come here. Keep up the great work, Dr Baasch and team!

My visits to Baasch Dental are always pleasant. The receptionist knows my name and my dental assistant is polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Baasch is always friendly. I never have to wait longer than a minute before I have my appointments. The experience of going to this office makes me feel secure about my dental health. I couldn't imagine finding a better staff of dental professionals.

My family have been patients of Baasch Dental for five years and we couldn't be happier with the care and service from Dr Baasch and his team. My husband who is anxious about dental procedures, did an around face after his initial visit with Dr. Baasch and his team. As a long-time patient of the practice, I have always been impressed by the degree of care and warmth shown by Dr. Baasch and his team. Despite not being compelled by regulation, these folks have taken every COVID recommendation to heart and are working hard to keep the practice safe and to instill trust. My children, husband and myself all receive dental care at Baasch Dental. We could not be any happier. Equipped with great staff, each and every member of their team engages my children and treats them in the best manner as to facilitate a love in them for visiting the dentist. I should mention they are only 3 and 2 years old and both love going to the dentist. They actually get excited for their appointments. We are so thrilled with Baasch Dental and highly recommend anyone to choose this exquisite practice for all of their dental needs.

I want to offer a sincere thank you for Baasch Dental. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and after my first appointment with you, I can't wait to go back. Every aspect of the practice was impressive. Right from the beginning, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I entered with my three children and I was greeted very warmly. I loved the calming blue color of the walls and the peaceful music playing. I was very grateful for congenial ambiance because I was a little stressed about my first appointment.

Amy was amazing. She posses a perfect form of communication that seems to come to her very naturally. I was so impressed with Amy's sincere and gentle style of communication. She asked questions to help get to know me personally (no one does that) and to develop an understanding of why I made an appointment. Amy practiced perfect listening skills. She guided, followed and directed the conversation perfectly. Amy should be providing workshops and classes to people in the healthcare field. She surpasses most professionals.

Dr. Baasch was incredible. He entered the room with perfect energy and greeting. He was relaxed and offered me plenty of time to think and generate questions. No question was too small. I did not feel intimidated by his presence and I enjoyed the bits of humor that we had in our conversation. He was very respectful of my uncertainty with x-ray and courteous and supportive with my interest in keeping my teeth healthy naturally. Dr. Baash's communication skill also surpasses most professional in the healthcare field.

So glad the practice was recommended to us by our friends. I will be recommending Baasch Dental to everyone with sincerity and excitement.

Dr. Baasch was his usual professional, expert self, combined with friendliness and an ability to make you feel at ease. Amy was her usual friendly, efficient, highly qualified and expert associate to Dr. Baasch. I always feel I will be treated with skill and care at the office.

Friendly staff and dentist and very nice facilities. I was put at ease right away! Dr. Baasch did a beautiful job repairing my front tooth! I can hardly see the repair.

Dr B. and team fit me in fairly quickly to check on a sensitive tooth that was concerning me. Luckily it was nothing serious but I really appreciate the reassurance and suggestive measures I can take to alleviate sensitivity.
