Mighty Yoga Hanover

Mighty Yoga is a great place to practice yoga. Classes are challenging with lots of encouragement to listen to what you need and do what you can. It's a wondeful community space. Instructors seem to really love teaching and working with yogis of all skills and abilities in class. Highly recommend starting with the discovery pass if you have never been! It allowed me to get to know the instructors and the space before committing to the membership.

I love this studio! The classes are exactly as challenging or as restful as you would like. There is so much permission to listen to your own body! Instruction is skilled, professional and engaging. So glad I found this studio!!

Hanover Studio is very nice and clean.Full of yoga props to use. Very warm welcome and  friendly staffs. Great instructors plus variety of classes and schedule to choose .Great location-easy to find parking.Easy to register the class on the website.

Mighty Yoga is terrific and gets 5 starts from me. Easy website for accessing classes and studio information. Very welcoming instructors, a diverse patronage along with a strong Dartmouth population. Classes vary in intensity but are a safe and supporting environment. They run a range of special focus classes and keep the experience fresh and creative. Mighty Yoga has transformed my life; I am so grateful for the amazing community and the fitness classes offered. While encouraged to try your hardest, the teachers also always open the option up for you to take a breath in child's pose and reset. It's a beautiful blend of working to tone your body, but also listening when you need a moment to yourself. Thank you, Mighty Yoga, for being there for me!

Really like Violet's class. Great mix of strength and stretching, hard but relaxing. And hot but not too hot- just right!

It’s hot, but a great work out! Different music than traditional yoga music or silence, with an aerobic routine, So many types!

Mighty Yoga Hanover is a great place. Yoga classes gave me just what I was looking for. It allowed to relax and worked on my flexibility and mobility. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed all the classes so far and will definitely come back!

I recently started practicing yoga at Mighty and am loving it! The teachers are very friendly and make me feel welcomed as a beginner. Definitely a great way to boost energy and mood especially when the winter is coming!

I recently took my 100th class here! Highly recommend Mighty Yoga in Hanover. The instructors are *all* terrific and there is a nice variety of classes, from restorative to gentle to challenging power yoga! Also, they did an awesome job of transitioning to Zoom classes during the shutdown - much appreciated, Mighty folks!

Mighty Yoga is such a gem in the Upper Valley. They teachers are welcoming and inclusive. Classes push you, in a supportive way! I’d recommend to anyone looking to try a yoga or barre class!

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and really enjoyed the yoga classes we tried out here. All of the instructors were very friendly, the location is convenient and the yoga studio seemed clean. Beware there is just one tiny bathroom stall so don't plan to change / shower here.
