Not sure what I would’ve done if not for Tammy and staff. Lived most of my life with the most annoying jaw pain/popping and after asking every doctor about it they would all push it off and refer me to someone else. A rat race that ended when I found Dr. Tammy. My jaw is feeling tons better and lot less popping. Would recommend to anyone!!

LIFE-CHANGING! So thankful my dentist pointed me in their direction. My sleep has improved, I'm no longer sleepy or lethargic during my waking hours, and on top of that I no longer experience that migraines I was getting 1-2x/wk (which may have been a result of grinding my teeth in my sleep). Overall, a very positive experience with a very pleasant staff!

Dr. Tammy and her whole team is AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend going here if you deal with any sort of TMJ! They completely transformed my jaw without having to go through painful surgery. The staff and employees are all so welcoming and instantly feel at home!

Before I started to see Dr. Tammy a few years ago my jaw would lick unexpectedly and my jaw got extremely tired after the smallest bit of chewing. Fast forward to a few years later and my jaw hasn’t locked since and my jaw has strengthen significantly and I almost never have pain. Would definitely recommend coming here!

6 months into treatment for TMJ and my experience has been truly life changing! I can't say enough about the transformative treatment I have received.

Believe me, I was very skeptical going in, but was at the point where I needed to do something. I had been dealing with jaw pain for nearly 9 months and it was getting progressively worse to the point my jaw began locking. I had to cut my food into small pieces and the idea of eating a sandwich or an apple was out of the question.

I went for the initial consultation and was provided with a treatment plan based on high tech imaging and scans done on site at the office. Again, I was feeling a little hopeless because this was a huge investment with no guarantees. However, after only weeks of using both the day and night appliances, I was already noticing an improvement.

Im not going to lie, there may have been a few tears and a minor meltdown the first few times I struggled to remove the appliance and had a hard time sleeping with this huge thing in my mouth. (I might be exaggerating just a little - it really isnt that big.) As promised it did loosen up after a few days and I can now say I sleep so much better with it. BONUS - I no longer snore!!! Ok, yes that's more of a Bonus for hubby 😄

I can honestly say the improvement I have experienced is nearly 100%. My pain is gone, the range I can now open my mouth is remarkable and I can eat whatever I want again.

The entire staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Tammy is the best and worth the hour drive! Don't think about going anywhere else!

After a home sleep study, I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. The sleep center wanted to fit me with a CPAP. I wanted no parts of a mask and hose attached to my face when I'm trying to sleep. A friend recommended Dr Tammy at TMJ. Dr Tammy fitted me with an oral appliance which totally corrected my sleep apnea/snoring. I sleep much better and always feel well rested when I wake, no more snoring is just an added bonus. Yes people, there are upfront costs involved. The procedure involves a 3D image of your teeth/mouth and is custom made for proper fit and alignment. Why would anyone want anything less than that. In my opinion, the oral appliance was totally worth the cost. Dr Tammy and her staff are always caring, pleasant and courteous. Put your sleep health is their hands, you won't be sorry.

Amazing! I started coming in 2015 and my problems have been taken care of with kindness and care. I come once and year at this point and all the ladies care about you and your health. I recommend to anyone with TMJ problems to come visit!

I was in an accident that led me to experience extreme discomfort in my jaw (popping, locking, shifting, pain, etc). I went to the dentist and they told me that I would never be able to recover from this and that it would be my new normal. As a 24 year old, this increased my anxiety and made the situation worse. I was told to seek an oral surgeon and after calling around I was recommended to see Dr.Tammy. Dr Tammy and her staff are extremely kind, compassionate, and really want to do everything they can to help you. The day after my visit, they even gave me a follow up call to check in on me. I am so thankful that I was brought to Dr.Tammy’s office and would recommend her to anyone!

I had no hope for my jaw pain before finding this business. The jaw appliance that Dr.Tammy made for me has relieved almost 100% of my pain and tension which in turn increased my quality of life. My regular doctor tried prescribing medication and then suggested surgery as the next step. I was not open to that and I'm so glad this natural route was available to me! Also everyone who works here is very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Dr Tammy confirmed my suspicion that my TMJ was connected to my Meniere's Diseases, - vertigo, hearing loss and Tinnitus. I'm currently waiting for my mouth piece to be made and will post another review once I've started wearing it. If this treatment resolves my issues... It'll be with every penny! I'm so frustrated that the doctors and ENT specialists I went to previously never told me about the potential that my jaw was causing my problems.

In 2018 I went to the Center for TMJ & Sleep Disorders after literally drinking my meals for weeks, and years of off and on jaw pain, clicking, and locking. After receiving my appliance, which I use faithfully every night and for every nap, I immediately saw a dramatic improvement in all my symptoms. Two years later I have absolutely no jaw pain, clicking, or locking. I also have the added benefit of relief from chronic headaches and snoring. Anyone on the fence about seeing these wonderful professionals or on the fence about the price, please believe me when I say the investment is worth every penny! Everyone on the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely kind. I highly recommend giving them a call!

My experience with Dr. Tammy and her staff at Center for TMJ & Sleep Center has been nothing but the BEST! Dr. Tammy is very good at what she does and treats all patients with care and compassion. I am sleeping all night now and dreaming again! My sleep apnea has not been an issue and it is so much more comfortable wearing my device than having to wear that mask with a tube attached to my face! You guys ROCK! Thank you for adding years to my life!

What a wonderful, pleasant, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff! It was a whole new experience talking to people about my TMJ who actually understood how much pain I am in.

Had a great first visit with a lot of tips and a temporary (only $28) mouth guard; I am going to figure out a way to afford the next step (digitally molded guard), and I will be sure to report back.

But for now, a really caring staff who were thorough and genuinely interested in hearing what your issues are.
