Just wanted to sent a heart felt thank you to "Clarks" and "Jeff". We bought a new TV today, thought I could set it up myself...BUT, was so very wrong. Jeff tried to help me on the phone, I was just way too confused, between the two remotes and the cable box. He at the end of his day, came down, was as kind, helpful and explained everything. He even, took a few of the options off the remote, so my husband wouldn't get to confused and keep hitting the wrong buttons. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would!

I love Clarks! Their service people are always able to help me figure out what’s wrong with my appliances, and often give advice how to fix it myself. They’ve made a faithful customer out of me- I’m always buying my appliances from them :).

Our refrigerator died over the weekend. We went there Monday, bought an incredible replacement and had it delivered within 2 hours.

Their people are great, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Just had our fridge delivered today. Have been going to Clark’s since I was a kid. Tracy is so helpful, so nice and knowledgeable about all of their products. We would never purchase an appliance elsewhere.

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator and so far so good! The other one I had to send back was a Frigidaire and the company I bought it from didn't explain that he was a loud running Frigidaire and I was not happy with the place I bought it. Out of 89.99 plus had to pay 74 for stock room which I feel I shouldn't have had to pay. Will shop at Clark's for now on. Thank you!

Our dryer died and we were given timeframes of 1-2 months from the chain stores and then I remembered to call Clarks (duh, should always support our local stores first) and Tracy was amazing. She walked me through all of the options for our gas dryer and it was installed within a week. Shop local - they are awesome. Thank you!!!!

We have now purchased 3 items from Clark’s. Each one was a great buying experience. Hate that our washer was the latest appliance of ours to need to be replaced but are really happy with the Speedqueen we selected. Clark’s followed up with a call to let us know the manufacturer increased our warranty due to a promotion that had just started. Delivery and setup were easy and prompt. Nice local place to do business with. Highly recommend over big box stores!

We went looking for a dishwasher and walked out with one! We always trust Clarks. We know it will be installed professionally. Great competitive price too. Sure beats those big box stores. We'll always be customers.

Very nice experience shopping here for 3 new appliances, the saleswoman was very helpful in helping us make our decisions. Delivery and installation was a breeze with friendly delivery people. Upon unboxing and installing the new dishwasher, the installer noticed the door was dented on both sides, before leaving he had called the office and ordered a new door which was delivered and installed a few weeks later, great customer service! Would always recommend them as an alternative to the big box stores.

Very knowledgeable and helpful family run business. My go to place for any kind of appliance from TVS to freezers. Delivery is usually within a couple of days, they service what they sell, and the installers are careful and good at their jobs. What more can you ask for?

I recently purchased three new appliances at Clark's. Tracy's the best when it comes to customer service. She walked us through the selection process and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We bought them on Saturday and received them on Monday!!! We have bought our dishwasher and washer from Clark's. It's the only place we shop.

It's a family biz and, while having a great selection of appliances and TVs, they really want to hook you up with the item that's the best for you, not necessarily the most expensive. You have to know lots about everything you sell to make that recommendation and they do. Service after the sale very important to me and am confident it is there when needed.

We were looking for a washer and dryer, Jayme was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were also happy to find out that Clark's services all appliances they sell. Great place. We will be buying!

Shopped here a few years ago for all my household appliances. Had to replace my washer recently. Tracey is very helpful

Local, very well established business. Great service and they have a large assortment of inventory. Just hope, when it's time, they can get me a Smeg refrigerator, as I've only purchased my appliances from Clark's and I want to keep it that way.
