Temple Community Pharmacy

My experience with Temple Community Pharmacy exceeded my expectations and I’m not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else. Before having insurance, they helped me figure out how to help with the high cost of my medicine. Once I had insurance, the co-pay was still so high that they once again got me a very amazing discount. The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. When you call them on the phone, they answer soon and help you with anything you need. They even do free delivery to your house if you live in a 10-mile radius from them. This pharmacy is very prompt and they go above and beyond in their service to us as customers in their community. Their name says it all and I can’t say enough good about their customer service.

Temple Community Pharmacy definitely has the best customer service of any current-day pharmacy. Mr. Patel was kind enough to help me with a prescription when he rightfully could have turned me away because I showed up after closing time. I don't usually show up anywhere at or after closing time and expect service, but I thought the pharmacy was open for another couple of hours (I mis-remembered the operating hours). I was ready to leave when Mr. Patel stopped me and helped me with what I needed. Granted, it only took about five minutes or so, but I doubt any other pharmacy in our area would have been so kind and understanding. This is just one instance when Mr. Patel or his staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my pharmacy needs. It is refreshing after having dealt, unhappily, with CVS for years before switching last year. We are very fortunate to have this gentleman, his pharmacy and his staff, as an option in our community.

Terrific service and so much friendlier than the bigger pharmacies like CVS. They helped get my medication issue resolved and at a lower price, and that never happened at another place. I highly recommend them.

This pharmacy is wonderful. They always have my prescriptions in stocks and they're really friendly.

Temple Pharmacy is top notch. Great service. They also carry all the milligrams of Wegovy where as the big name pharmacy's are STILL waiting for their orders.

I love this pharmacy! They are SUPER friendly and the pharmacist is always knowledgeable and to be honest both guys are hilarious. I always enjoy picking up my scripts here. They also have a free delivery service as well as you can call in for them to make sure you have your prescription ready so you can be in and out. If it isn't ready they will get it ready right away. My favorite pharmacy by far!

These folks are super friendly and very nice. Always have my prescriptions done right away. Even works to find the cheapest option available for my meds. They don’t have to do that but they do it every time. Truly they go above and beyond. After dealing with the other pharmacies in the area with meds never being ready and customer service being an afterthought, this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Oh and they have free delivery if needed. Free delivery. Try getting that elsewhere

I'm a retired Medic raised and born in New York, recently was able to retire to Pennsylvania, (along with my husband who was a local 3 electrician and had two stents put in his heart).. my neck was crushed on the job so I had a vertebrectomy/ discectomy of my C3 C4 C5 C6.. my lower lumbar L4 l5.. I also had a total knee replacement, survived cancer and an obstructed intestine .. I THANK GOD FOR TEMPLE COMMUNITY PHARMACY.. I AM 64 DISABLED AND ON OXYGEN.. AT TEMPLE PHARMACY THE OWNERS AND PHARMACIST have always ASSURED ME THAT MY TWO MEDICATIONS WOULD BE AVAILABLE.. I HAD BEEN TO OTHER PLACES HERE IN BERKS COUNTY WHERE I WAS TREATED UNKIND.. TEMPLE PHARMACY IS A ONE-STOP SHOPPING BUSINESS . THEY HAVE AN URGENT CARE RIGHT NEXT DOOR, ALSO A UPS, A NOTARY PUBLIC AND I LOVE THAT I CAN GET EVERYTHING DONE AT ONE LOCATION AND BE TREATED WITH SUCH KINDNESS.. Love it here. They always get my medication in quickly if they don't already have it.

Every time I need my medication I get quick friendly service. I avoid multiply pharmacies that are closer for the service.

Extra points for the ups store being so close for easy returns!

My name is crystal and moved to P.A. a few months ago from Arizona. Going thru the motions of finding new doctors and pharmacies and so forth was such a pain and scary at the same time. But this pharmacy is awesome. They are so kind and respectful.... when you walk in they treat you like family, it's like time travel back to the old days of mom and pop stores, you never feel like an outsider, first name basis, thank God I found them... The atmosphere alone Is so warm and welcoming. IF YOU NEED A PHARMACY THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Great service and quick to fill up prescription. As soon as I called to refill the prescription was available within 30 min.

I showed up for a walk in covid test and the woman and man were really pleasant. In and out in about 15 minutes. You could tell the man was doing everything he could to get everyone what they needed as soon as possible!
