The most famous baker of breads in Reading, Pa. Their rolls are very delicious. I prefer to eat them on the day they were made which means you paying a visit to their shop. There is nothing fancy or special going on inside. You walk up to the counter, ask for what you want. Today I ordered a few Kaiser rolls & a few soft & hard rolls. 4 each to be exact and it cost me $4.50. There are other options to choose from. I am sure they will have something for your taste. I highly recommend their soft rolls as opposed to their hard ones. I say this because most of the sandwich makers in the Southeast, use hard rolls & I’d love for as many newcomers as possible to experience a sub and/or cheesesteak with a SOFT ROLL. Oh and don’t get me started with a meatball parm on a soft roll. Sheesh! I’m over here salivating due to the sexy thoughts of how good they are. So if you happen to be in the area grabbing a cheesesteak from Tony’s or Spenny’s or if your in Pottstown grabbing something from Brunishes or Gazzos, take a short ride up to Reading and visit ATV. My family has been buying from them for years, it's our go to spot for rolls/bread/pizza shells etc.! The pizza shells and bread is literally the best around! Quick service too!

ATV is a great local bakery that bakes a large assortment of absolutely wonderful breads.

Consistently the very best Italian (Sicilian) breads this side of Palermo. The small, sliced Italian loaf was a staple in our kitchen when we lived in the Reading area. The hard rolls are simply the best, from the slightly crispy crust to the chewy inside. The kind of experience that stimulates your senses: beautiful color, al dente consistency, THE FRAGRANCE and, of course, the delicious taste (they don’t make a lot of noise, so they did not score high on sound...).

I buy Bread from here every other day or at list 3 to 4 times a week because I love the taste and smell of fresh, just baked, worm bread, I love their bread.

You got to get here early, around 11:00AM to get the freshest and wormer delicious Bread, later it's still fresh but not worm and I love it as soon as it comes out of the ovens.

I've been eating ATV breads for 70 years. For Italian sandwiches ATV is the best you can use. When purchasing an Italian sandwich ,Berks and beyond, you can't go wrong if its made with ATV Italian rolls. I wont buy a sandwich if not made with ATV rolls ,and yes, I've tried lots of Italian breads over the years and ATV is still tops on my list. And im not a spokeswoman for the ATV company, just a satisfied customer. Thanks ATV!!

Been going here for years sense I was a child I love their rolls and they are always fresh. I'm not a bread eater but if I do crave bread I'm going to ATV

Fresh, delicious bread and dough. The customer side consists of just a small lobby and a window where you order...and it has the amazing aroma of freshly baked bread!

Once a week I buy a dozen of fresh large hard rolls that I keep in my fridge. I just throw them in the oven for a little to make them crispy as new.

You cannot make a cheesesteak sandwich without ATV Italian rolls, I prefer soft.

Yes they have a store to by fresh bread. The secret is you can also buy the dough. Awesome baked bread at home as well.

Best Italian bread in Berks. New raisen bread lately at counter. Hard rolls soft rolls, kaisers etc.

So far the closet rolls to Philly style. I get the hard roll. Everyone is right, it smells great in there. It is cash only.

Got 12 dozen rolls for a baby shower. Had plenty extra and the rolls stayed fresh for over a week
