Car indicated power steering service. The mechanic found the leak & repaired it. Also found car registered high voltage, found alternator needed to be replaced. All repairs made, car runs great. The office staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Always a pleasure going there. Was also given a rental while my car was being repaired.

I've been using Heritage Auto as my mechanic for a few years now and they're amazing.

I love the emphasis on making sure the customer knows what's wrong with their car and what the shop will do to fix it. They don't jerk you around about things and also offer free loaners while your vehicle is being serviced.

The staff are friendly and seem rooted in the community around them.

Very honest business with good people. They even gave me a loaner car until they were finished with inspection and repairs. Also gave me a list of potential problems I should look into, but not needed for inspection. They didn’t push me into getting unneeded repairs. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I will now continue to go there for all of my vehicle needs.

Let's make this simple. If you're from out of town, and your car breaks down and towed to Heritage. And your thinking, I'm gonna get taken. Big time! Today, diagnostic test- misfire at #3. Needed Spark plugs. Joy texted me the cost for test, plugs and labor. Up front, before starting. I replied, Joy that's fine with me. A little later, Joy texted me. Mechanic noticed wiring worn and corroded for plugs. Quoted price for wiring and labor. Asked if I wanted new wiring or if I was ok without new wiring. She left the decision to me. And, that's how it should be. It's your vehicle! Awesome!
