Good doctor's / yes it hard to get you in for the most part ,But they try to Squeeze you in. But that the way it is at most doctors office's. If you think this place is bad try Green hills Medical center. My doctor use to be Dr. Diane Boncourse!!! She was never there half the time ,vac,sick, her children school event, closed , I alway seen her pa doc. Doctor Joan Bellameyer I think this was how she spelled it she no longer there. I could never get a sick appointment with Diane . She a nice person but not a good doctor. If she didn't retired yet ,she should. But Doctor bulb even makes house calls to his Senior patients if they can't get there. That's a great Doctor!!!!/// I just think alot of Doctors forgot the Oath they took when they become a doctor's. It's about money and they don't have time! But not all doctor are bad but the gateway about the best so far!!! Trust me I go there now!!!

Been going there for years. Wait times have never been long. I think 10 min. is the longest I ever waited. They get me in for flu or other unscheduled illnesses Asap. Can talk to my Dr. with confidence about anything.

I have never had any problems with staff, always friendly and helpful.
They have always filled my prescriptions and returned my calls.
Very pleased with Gateway.

I only see Dr Kleiman and he is the best doctor ever. He listens to you and really tries to help you. The ladies in the office were always pleasant and helpful.

Kimberly Ritchey is the best PCP there and her assistant Michelle is so on point with getting information back to you.

Wait time is always reasonable and my kids “Favorite phlebotomist” works here. You know they are doing a great job if the kids have a favorite person that comes at them with a sharp needle. 🤣

Pain in the neck to make an appointment you just have to keep leaving messages and hope they call you back before you gotta go too the hospital.

This practice has not been good in terms of being sick and needing treatment. Multiple times, I have needed treatment and have been told to just go to urgent care. $100 vs $30 to just see the doctor for sinus infections. What is the point of even having a pcp if you're being told to go to urgent care time and time again... I will be switching asap.

Would not recommend. Rude doctors and staff, they don’t get back to you, take forever to refill prescriptions and would refuse to refill prescriptions (simple as an inhaler) although you have been seen by a doctor. They make all my experience very difficult and do not really care about the patients. In my personal experience I feel like the Dr’s have prescribed medication assuming an illness without looking further into it. Been a patient here for years, switched doctors and I would still rather go to an urgent care. I’m more than happy to find another family physician with faster and more reliable services.

They do not return their patient's calls, it is impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (you may as well go to urgent care or a hospital), they are not patient/customer service oriented at all, and they are unwilling to do the most basic task that family doctors normally do, such as refilling prescriptions. Keep looking for somewhere else to go because this is not the place you want to go or take your family members for health care services.

Scheduled my mother for a chest x-ray and when she went in for her appointment there was no x-ray tech on duty, they wanted to reschedule. Also have heard about this happening with alot of other people.

There really not concerned,, push you through like cattle
Call for information and gets pushed off on someone else..
More worried bout going home
