One of Reading's many historic sights Jackson's Locke offers a quiet place to relax , enjoy wildlife or fish along the Schuylkill River . Walking trails are well maintained .

Brought the dogs for a quick run between appointments. Went well.

Nice quiet relaxing spot to chill and relax

The weather was nice and the view of the river was okay but the mud or sewer plant smell was very unpleasant

This is in a blighted area. Evidenced by a pulled down chain link fence which blocked off 10 yards of path, and metal plaques missing from where they once were mounted. It's a shame that an area so rich with the history of the area is permitted to present itself as it does.
