These guys run a great shop. Very transparent, not out to swindle you, and great customer service. Corporate forces them to accept vehicles during a window of 2 hrs, which makes their job much more difficult in terms of time management. I showed up with 30 mins left in my 2 hr window, and they very kindly explained that next time they would appreciate me being there at the initial time, but they were very flexible and got my inspection/oil change done promptly. They make due with what they got, and they do it really well. Great shop, great group of guys, highly recommend. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Customer service was really enthusiastic when changing tires and wheel alignment. I have wheel alignment protection and tire protection all part of the deal. So, if anything goes wrong just take back and get fixed free.

Great customer service by the store manager and employees. Despite them being short staffed, my car service was done in a timely manner, and I appreciate it. I will definitely return to this Monro location in the future.

Literally some of the nicest guys in this shop. I showed up 3 hours late and they still took my car and serviced it so quickly! I take my car here every year to get inspected. Love this shop!!

I tried this place for an oil change yesterday, and I think it will become my go-to. They worked fast, were friendly and took time to explain my options. And, I like that I can easily make a next-day appointment online.

Owen and Josh are heroes. Our tires were wiggling off and we were two hours from home. We stopped for an emergency repair and they took care of us quickly! Who knows how our story could have ended had they not saved our butts. We are so grateful for Owen and Josh. Monro for life!
