I was recommended to Gene to get my engine machined. As first impressions go, I couldn't have had a better experience! Gene was so accommodating. He showed me around, we got to talk shop a bit, and you can just tell he has a deep passion for aircooled VWs. His knowledge, experience, and easygoing personable demeanor really made me feel comfortable dealing with him.

Gene (sp?) is who I deal with in the shop. The guy works hard. Very impressed when I bought a car as well as when I had mine serviced. No tricks. No overpricing. Can't find much wrong with them, if anything. Recommend highly for VW lovers!

Only place I’d ever take my Volkswagens. The owner is a great guy who always goes over what was repaired with me in person and never tries to upsell me on unnecessary maintenance like other shops will. I recently had a car dropped off without an appointment, and the work was finished the same day! Top notch service here.

Just bought a car for my daughter as a graduation gift. I had many questions about Jettas and there reliability and maintenance and Ulrichs answered them all. I will have no problem buying from them again.

Just wanted to give a update its been almost a year now. There have been some minor things and a fuel pump went bad within 2 months of buying the car, they stood by there warranty and my daughter had her car back within 3 days. The other issues the car had is just the result of having a 16 year old car and I will state once more that I will gladly buy from them again.

Excellent customer service. Gene goes beyond in servicing my daughters Beetle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Gene and the crew are always quick to get us in and get our car fixed. Pricing is always fair and they go in depth to show you what failed and how when something does break. Wouldn’t trust my VW with anyone else!

Gene serviced my '66 Beetle. He did a great job. Reasonable and thorough work I highly reccomend them for aircooled VW's.

I recently bought a 2012 vw from Ulrich. I found them professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend them from both a sales and service aspect. They honor their word. I would personally like to thank the owner, the manager, receptionist / notary for their attentive service. If you own a Volkswagen this is the place to go. Vision is not in the same class when it comes to knowledge and expertise.

Car needed some small repairs for inspection, had the parts in stock, fixed up in the same visit

I have used Ulrich's several times within the past 15+ years for work to be done on the 3 VW Jetta's and 1 Audi A4 that I have owned. They do a wonderful job every single time, they are very friendly, AND they fix everything at an extremely reasonable price!

My most recent experience...The driver's side floor of my 2009 VW Jetta was suddenly flooded with water and I didn't know how that had happened. I called Ulrich's and the secretary told me it was probably from the sunroof drains being clogged... I didn't even know that could happen! They did a great job cleaning the sunroof drains. They also replaced the master window control switch (because that was another issue with my car). Additionally, they replaced my old and very worn out driver's side floormat with a gently used one that they had on hand - a very kind gesture and surprise!
I will definitely be using Ulrich's again for any other issues my VW may have in the future! Thank you guys so much!

Just had them install a new clutch on my 2012 Golf TDI. Prices were reasonable and they are great people to work with. I'd recommend this shop to anybody looking for quality Volkswagen service.
