Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Went in today to get some paint and supplies for our new home/nursery and could not have had a better experience. The staff was so polite and helpful, and me being 7 months pregnant just about REFUSED to let me carry to paint to my car myself and had two of the employees do it instead. It was super thoughtful and nice. I will without a doubt be a repeat customer!

I normally shop in-store but as that's not an option right now, I took advantage of having color chips sent to my home. The chips arrived quickly, in about 2 days, and the colors were what I requested. Once I made my decision, I ordered over the phone. The employee was friendly and could easily assess my needs. We arranged for a pickup time and when I got to the store, the employee had my paint ready and brought it out to my car. I am very happy with the service I received and their colors don't disappoint!

Id give 10 stars for Guy Herring if i could. His genuine care, support, and service to not only me but everyone else i know whom has dealt with him. He is an amazing rep for berks SW and Im very impressed with all staff in our area that continued to keep people going during the pandemic. They will go out of their way to get you what you need and get the job done!

Mike, my sales associate, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He knew exactly what I needed for my large project, and had helpful suggestions for making the work easier. He was able to get my large order ready within minutes. Highly recommend.

Take advantage of the sales get great paint at a good price. It goes on better than other name brand paints.
I actually purchased the garage epoxy kit and a gallon of paint both were 30% off it was like getting the paint for free and then some......

Store was very clean & well lit to see colors.
Stopped in tonight for some advice on what paint to use.

Not only was the product selection excellent but the service was outstanding as well!!! The product I purchased was better than I had even hoped for. Very happy with this location and the all around purchase experience!
