The company cares about their customers; including service, quick turn-a-round time for fuel refills, offers monthly payment plan; to prevent a customer from receiving large bills only during winter = value “peace of mind”, offers automatic refills to ensure never running low or out of heat during these freezing cold winters, service calls respond quickly. Their website offers a “Message Portal” to leave a message at the customer’s convenience with prompt response normally next day. John Eddinger, Owner cares about his customers, staff and business 100%. When you are needing a top knot propane heating company = “Choose Eddinger Propane”. You won’t be disappointed.

I am a longtime customer of this organization and cannot say enough positive things about them! On time deliveries at a very competitive price is their basic business plan which they thoroughly fulfill. However, it does not end there. Community service from their employees and owner would be difficult for any other company to match.

Love these people. So helpful so friendly and nice, besides the exceptional help and knowledge.

I just called last week to request a fill from Eddinger. I was treated with the best customer service as usual. I was quoted a price and told someone would be out in the coming week. I was greeted with their friendly driver Monday morning! As usual I was filled promptly and the ticket was nicely placed on my door for me to receive. Today it's been a real challenge to receive good customer service. Eddinger always comes through!
I've been a customer for well over 15 years now. If you're looking for "old fashion" customer service this is the place to turn to. It all begins with a phone call and I truly appreciate that they actually have a real person answering the phone. No need to spend 15 minutes waiting in a telephone queue to place an order. This is probably one of the last local businesses that have that "home town" feel and truly take pride in serving the customer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Excellent customer service. We had a new pool heater installed. On short notice they were able to set a tank and fill late on a Friday so we could enjoy it for the first weekend of the season. I have been a customer for some time now. Their autofill system works really well, we never run out and they're pricing is always where it should be, not like some other companies where it goes up and up until you call and complain. Whenever I have checked, they are either at the market low price or even lower. You guys are the best.

Great service called Saturday morning to get propane because it was getting low and tow hours later they brought propane great service thankyou

We have been using Eddinger's for 20+ years. We have had nothing but great experiences from propane delivery, to having a new regulator put on, to purchasing odds and ends in their store. We also purchased a Traeger Smoker a few years ago and Mike and his staff were so nice and professional to deal with. We continue to buy our pellets for our smoker in their store as their customer service is great.

Eddinger sent out two technicians to install new gas dryer and convert to propane. They were both extremely professional and friendly. It was easy to schedule the service with a one day turnaround time. They arrived on time and ready to work… They certainly have my business for future needs…. I would highly recommend

I have been using Eddingers probably over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their service. When you call, they are always courteous and helpful. If you need gas delivered earlier than the usual two-day turnaround, they try everything in their power to accommodate you. This is definitely a great place to do business with.

I have been a customer of Eddinger's for over 25 years. Their service has been great and price has been reasonable. Although I check my tank for gas periodically, they are always there on schedule to fill it for me automatically before I run out. Been very satisfied with their service for many years!

Eddinger Propane is first rate, their pricing is always the best around. I called yesterday and the delivery was today. It is not always that quick but during the normal winter season they deliver within a few days. Keep up the good work and don't change your pricing strategy.

We have used Eddinger for around 17 years and never had a problem. We like to call in our order rather than be on auto fill. They usually arrive within 3 days. There was only one time we had to call more than once.

No issues using Eddinger. Easy set-up to start their service. I like receiving my invoice/statements via email and mail, and ability to pay online with a credit card (at no extra cost). Sometimes email statements are missed, and I would like to be able to set up auto-pay and track my usage month-to-month/year-to-year.

Since my first order and all after they have been prompt and professional. I have had great same day or next day service without issues. Their prices were lower than all of the competitors in the area that I priced out before ordering. Highly recommend.

We’ve had no problems using Eddinger for Propane. I like being able pay online, free of the annoying “convenience fee” if I use a credit card. They have great customer service if you need to speak to them. They’re great!

Eddinger installed our system 28 years ago & has provided great dependable service ever since. Navigating our driveway to the tank is not always easy in the winter months & when these times occur they have always delivered in a timely matter even with weekend deliveries.
