Parking Garage parking. No attendant. Appeared clean and did not see anyone hanging around inside aside from other drivers. Text your license plate number to the text number on the wall and easily pay your parking fee of $15. Can add additional time on if needed. Close parking to Santander Performing Arts Center. Appeared safer than street parking with meters. Lots of activity there before and after a concert so a safe walk with all the other concert attendees to theater and back to your car.

It IS a parking garage so that's covered. Friendly $10 takers at the entrance for fewer than 3 hours parking for a nightime event nearby. I get that. No one friendly or otherwise to get traffic OUT of there and we waited between 20 and 25 minutes in a line that never moved. Reading Parking Authority could have and should have done better.

At times things happen with gates malfunction, it happens, Very quick to arrive and fix. Clean, friendly, helpful, respectful. Safe and convenient to town.

A good, clean facility. Though showing its age in spots, everything works. Central to most government offices in town, including the Courthouse and the County Services Center.
