I have never had an issue with this brand. I have a large neck and the slim fit 18.5 inch shirts fit perfect. I've had to return a few as I ordered duplicates. Easy returns. Sometimes takes about 10 days to get back to the factory. All in all a great experience.

Finally found beautiful and well made polo shirts in many colors and patterns ! My favorite part of these polos is the zipper ! Some are short zippered up to collar and some zip completely from top to bottom! The fit is exceptional! I replaced every short sleeve and polo I’ve owned with new Paul Fredrick ones. Great with casual attire to dressy attire! Extremely happy customer!

I have never had a problem with Paul Fredricks. Their suits are quality and fit perfectly. I have 7 of them and 3 sport coats.
I'm 6'2" 280. Lb weightlifter and the suits have plenty room in the arms. Love that I can order suits with separate sizes for jackets and pants. I've not had any problems with their shirts. Also I have about 8 casual shirts that are still stunning. I usually wait for a sale and get fantastic prices for all my clothes.

I have bought a lot of clothing in the past year. The items are kinda over priced, that's why I buy from the Clearance site a lot. Awesome quality.

Been buying dress and casual shirts from Paul Frederick for a number of years. Quality merchandise. They iron easily and always make a nice appearance. Great selection of very nice shirts. I do try to wait for sales, if possible.

I cannot understand why Paul Fredrick doesn't have more reviews! My experience has always been completely hassle free and the quality of their shirts are superb. I've used their returns process on multiple occasions with no issues. In fact their process was really put to the test on my last order. I dropped my return shipment at the post office, but after a month of no shipment updates I contacted Paul Fredrick's customer service and spoke to Joyce, who was incredibly helpful! In fact, I half expected to plead my case with her, but instead she volunteered to ship me the replacement order before receiving the returned package! How can you ask any more than that of a company?! Not like they weren't already getting all my dress shirt business, but after this I won't go anywhere else.

I bought a new jacket and am very pleased with its quality, as sewn on me, the cut and style is just great.
How nice that there is such a store where the price corresponds to the quality.

I have used their return with no problem, and bought from them easily. I used online account to make all orders and returns. I am so pleased with their services. The shirt I kept is elegant, soft and fits very well.

Thank you for keeping the old school alive (The styles are from classic Hollywood era- to the likes of Bogart/Sinatra). Anyone who knows proper attire- spends time delving into minute details. I liked those long straight collar shirts and bought 3 of em. I know there are only few retailers still selling classic slacks and dress shirts. I loved the ties as well. You guys even got the spectators boots- class. Will buy more in the near future. And to the people out there complaining “oh it’s made in China” etc.. if you do the numbers- same shirts will cost 3 times more If they were “made in the US”. We should be happy at least there is still a place out there selling formal clothing- the original way- instead of some big label brand who now only sells skin-tight pants and shirts. My one suggestion would be to please incorporate more mixed clothing material in your products- such as rayon, spandex and cotton mixes. It causes the whole look to drape and looks lovely and light on the body.

Love his style the fitted shirt and the French cuffs beautiful fit .

For those of you whom are saying that Paul Fredricks clothes are a waste of time you obiviously can't please everyone. Ive been ordering from him for years and never have had a problem with their clothing or customer service. i will continue to order from them in the years to come. oh one more thing, when you are buying 70 or 80 dollars shirts why on earth would you put them in a washing machine instead of taking them to the dry cleaners. Thats like buying a Chevy Cruz and expecting it to perform like a Ferrari.

Shirts are well-made and durable, yet affordable. These shirts have lasted twice as long as every Brooks Brothers shirt I’ve owned. Highly recommend.
