i hate switching services such as insurance. I had been with Allstate insurance for almost 20 years. When my agent Linda sold her business to another individual, the customer service dropped significantly. I since change to Crosskeys Insurance and not only did my rates drop substantially, i even received more than I asked for coverage wise and at a significantly lower cost. I loved them so much, i even moved my business coverage to them. I would not think to move to another company as Crosskeys has treated me like family and i would recommend them to any and everyone wanting a relationship-driven service provider!

The agents are friendly and courteous. Claims are taken care of quickly and accurately. I've used Crosskeys Insurance as my agent for over twenty-five years for both my home and auto insurance and I can honestly say I have never had one complaint. That's saying a lot these days. Erie insurance is the best company out there for both value and service and I've been using them since I was eighteen some thirty-five years ago.

My agent is always helpful and attentive, getting back to me with any questions I have in a timely fashion and following up with me on changes I've enquired about but haven't put into place. In the past 20 years I've had 2 car accidents, one general home claim and a major claim resulting from Hurricane Sandy. Erie was prompt, efficient and communicative with all the claims and questions I've every had. I've been told I can get cheaper coverage elsewhere but I love the peace of mind I have with Erie.

They worked to get my prior agent to release my policy and moved it to their agency and then helped me get a long-overdue life insurance policy at a reasonable rate.
