I truly do not know where to begin. I met Greg and his shop in random fashion due to an emergency while I was visiting a friend in the Pottstown area. When I came to get my car, I expected the industry usual of being taken advantage of in the situation, which since I am not a car guy, I have felt many times throughout my driving career. I could not have been anymore wrong… he came out with a chart filled with extensive details on my car and went into a deep explanation as to what I needed to get done now and what I should watch out for in the future. I truly have never had a better customer service experience in my life pertaining to my vehicle. Again, not being a car guy, it was very unique for me to fully understand what was being done and how it impacted the car as a whole. From that moment on, I decided nobody would touch my car going further but Greg. I now travel over an hour to even get my routine maintence done because I know I am in the best hands possible that I trust. I am a lifetime customer.

Looking for a good mechanic in the area, And I happened upon Dykies automotive. I showed up with my basket case dodge pickup truck. It had many issues and greg the proprietor addressed all of them. With his wife jess running the office there was very good communication skills between us. After a few weeks that I told them to keep the pickup truck. All the issues were addressed and fixed. From fixing a dash to a door being re aligned, Fixing transmission lines and addressing a leak from the motor. Would I recommend dykie's to any of my friends? 1000%!

Dykie's Automotive is a fantastic shop! Greg the owner is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable in the automotive field. He can do it all! From simple repairs to full engine builds. He has a lot of experience and is also a Honda master technician. From here on out Dykie's Automotive will be the only shop that works on my vehicles! I've known the owner a long time hes very knowledgeable with diagnostic and also very particular with every vehicle and every job he does he's also very fair with his pricing he doesn't over charge anyone that I've known he's a little higher for his hourly rate but that comes with an extreme professional he used to be a master tech and head mechanic for many many year at a local Honda dealership very knowledgeable with Hondas and foreign cars and also very knowledgeable with the older cars and there needs as well the hot rods and stuff all around very polite and honest and if you take your car there just know your safe knowing the job is 100 percent and the price is fair never a doubt
