Highly recommend this place. From management,bartender, waitress service was flawless and meal was impeccable

Had dinner here to celebrate my birthday. When I called to reserve a table, I had the pleasure of speaking with Debbie, the manager. She was wonderful, professional and accommodating. The food was amazing and the drink list creative. Service staff was great. And the restaurant itself is gorgeous, inside and out. We sat on the patio and it was beautiful. My husband and I dine out often and we shall return soon.

We just had the most amazing dinner at Meritage. I had the pork loin which was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had the ribeye which he said was just ‘perfect’. The food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere were amazing. It was raining this evening so we will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful patio dining. This was such a nice surprise and highly recommend you give Meritage a try; you will not be disappointed!!

Had lunch there today. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. It was clean. Staff were wearing masks. Food was awesome. We had a bunch of appetizers and they were all good. My only suggestion was the bacon could have been crisper on the scallops. Thats probably a preference thing. We got the Creme Brule for desert. It was awesome. The blood orange margaritas were great. It was a little pricey, but it was worth it. We will be back!!

Quakertown Class
of 71 had their 50th Class reunion there. The staff and food was outstanding. They have a beautiful patio, inside was beautiful, plus Charlie put a tent up for us.
After the Carriage House double booked our date Charlie and staff came to our rescue and made it one of our best class reunions ever. We are ever so grateful for what they did for us.
I will definitely be back at Meritage Bistro for dinners and urge everyone to try Meritage Bistro.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. I’m not the biggest foodie in the world, but this place rocked. I sampled some of the chicken, filet mignon, halibut, duck, and I had myself the veal. Everything was delightful. The French Onion soup was amazing, don’t leave here without it.

We went there for my husband’s birthday with our friends and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. I hidhly recommend the French onion soup it was the best I ever had.

Satisfaction has hit a new plateau for me. Ones internal measure of the five star scale has changed. Now that I understand top tier from The Meritage standard, all of my previous five star ratings are a four. Please stay away as I would like to keep this place a secret.

If you’ve never been there... you need to check out Meritage Bistro! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food amazing, and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommend. This is officially our new favorite restaurant!

An Anniversary treat from our Daughter & Son-in-law on their 24th Wedding Anniversary & our 46th wedding Anniversary as well as our first time visiting this Bistro. Fabulous ambiance & delicious meal!

Great service awesome people amazing food.. they take care of their customers! BEST FRENCH ONION SOUP AROUND!! OWNER AND STAFF are just good people🥰 I was craving their blood orange drink but needed it for home so they whipped up 2 large to go drinks for home which will equal to 4 drinks for me

The food and atmosphere was wonderful! Had lovely birthday dinner...I would recommend th pheasant soup and surf and turf!!! Excellent!!

The food is world class, the service is wonderful, the staff is friendly. One of the best meals I have ever had. Be sure to go there.

Excellent chef!....great outdoor garden bar vibe....reminds us of Napa Valley bistros.....the service is pro............a very welcome addition to the local dining experience in the Upper Perk / Emmaus countryside......
