Excellent experience and very nice staff. I worked with Mackenzie and highly recommend her for all your needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, offered great suggestions and very communicative throughout the entire process. Additionally, the atmosphere was very festive with carolers, Santa and even reindeer. You can feel the holiday spirit. Looking forward to the next purchase!

Crystal was our sales representative! Let me tell you if you are looking for the right engagement ring or wedding rings she is the one to see. She was super informative and explained all the different diamonds and settings and made us feel comfortable with our final decision. The hospitality was amazing as well. All the staff was super nice.

My fiancée any I went in to purchase her wedding band the Friday before Labor Day. Megan and Ben helped us find the perfect ring! There was no pressure to buy and they walked us through their entire wedding band selection to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Megan was wonderful to talk to and Ben had a wealth of knowledge and even helped us get her engagement ring cleaned before we left. By the time we finished we were within 30 minutes of closing, and not once did we feel rushed or like we were overstaying our welcome. I plan on buying all future jewelry from them!

Worked with Julie again for a purchase at the Hamburg store. She is extremely professional and gives you her full attention while you are there. She is always welcoming and spends as much time with you as you need, and you never feel rushed. Murphy's is a family business, and they treat you like family. Every time I come into the store, they always remember you and make you feel welcome. We have also recently had a jewelry repair done by the jeweler in the Hamburg store and he did an excellent job of repairing a vintage piece of jewelry for my wife.

I attempted to add a second review and didn't realize it would replace my first review. Just wanted to add that I have also worked with Michael and he was great as well. Have been a Murphy's customer for many years and will continue to come back. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

They were able to size my ring in less than a week. Was a little to big however they were able to fix it in a half hour. Very nice to work with. I highly recommend!
