This is a badass gym for serious lifters. Has the good, old equipment and free weights. No treadmills. No frills. Just heavy duty. down and dirty equipment for the REAL lifter. Owner is awesome and will assist you in your training daily. Reasonable prices. If you want to train at an awesome gym, support your neighborhood small business owner and choose Kennedy's gym.

I love this place, great equipment, knowledgeable owner, and very reasonable. I had a tight schedule and was able to get a membership to fit me personally.

I had a membership awhile ago and needed to stop for personal reasons. I plan on getting my membership again so I can bring my son and show him the right way to do things.

Today I went in and was told the check bounced. After 2 weeks of allowing my son and Pat to form a relationship, we were told to leave. I offered to pay cash which was in hand and denied to join again.

Checked my statement and didn’t see an attempted cash on the check. Went to snap down the street and paid for a year in full. Business is business.
