Pertaining to the showroom comment, the showroom is open by appointment only. The entire company is only open Mon through Thurs 6:00 - 4:30 so any calls outside that area would not be answered.

Great cabinets had them over 30 years , there staff has been very helpful.

It was very upsetting and frustrating experience for my wife and I. Cabinets arrived scratched and chipped in some areas. Took them months to fix one cabinet door, and when it arrived via USPS it was in worse shape then when we sent it out to be fixed. My kitchen design person paid out of their own pocket to have it repaired somewhere else. There are areas of the cabinets that were left unpainted. We had to paint it our selves. The garbage pull out does not open or close properly and the paint is chipped there too. They refused to fix anything else, and they refused to send someone to repair it. On top of all that we had to pay for the paint to repair our cabinets. I tried calling to speak with a supervisor several times, but no one picks up the phone.

Adelphi cabinets were ordered through our contractor over a year ago (April 2022). More than six months after our old cabinets were ripped out (October 2022), we are still missing cabinet doors, pullout drawers, touch up kits, and multiple replacements for incorrectly sized cabinets. Adelphi has been unable to acknowledge the order, refuses to communicate with the end customer about the status of paid-for items, and has left us with a largely unusable kitchen. This is unacceptable, unbelievable, and theft. I cannot recommend Adelphi to anyone.

I really don’t even know where to start, just an absolute horrible company from start to finish. Nothing on time (months delayed), damaged pieces, missing pieces…you name it! The designer who designed the layout was awesome, after that it went down hill quick. They do not respond, they do not care, and they continue to pass the buck onto the next person who has no clue what is going on. Cabinets were built wrong per their own design, cabinets damaged, and missing. Take my advice and go elsewhere. They are not good quality and the team at this company isn’t quality either. Run!!!!

I am an over the road truck driver of 25+ years. I followed one of your delivery truck across I-84 in Connecticut earlier today. Very very unprofessional. He needs to think about going back to driving school. He also needs to know that he is not the only vehicle on the highway. It happened at rush hour. He tailgated , limited use of his directional light. He seemed that hurrying was all that mattered. Please speak to this driver before he hurts himself of someone. Thank you.

Don't bother going to their showroom... they have their showroom hours listed, and they are never open. They also do not answer their phone if you call the showroom. We went three times during posted hours, and all three times they were closed. Not worth the fight for this company to receive our business.
