Piazza Honda of Reading Service

Our service advisor Alex was wonderful from the minute we walked in the door , had a smile on his face and listened to our concerns. The next day called with recommend services and told us he would call when done . Went to pick up later that day and even though he was swamped with work waited on us again with a smile and when we were all done he shook my hand and thanks us . Most people are not that personable now and you are lucky to have him , a hand shake goes a long way with people my age .

Theresa was so helpful and asked really pertinent questions about my car's symptoms when I brought it in. When they figured out the problem was that my front brakes were locking up and had ruined the pads and such, she offered me the option to use Honda parts or aftermarket parts and quoted a price for both, which I truly appreciated. Everything seems fine now, so I'm very pleased with the work done as well as the great customer service.

My relatives think I shouldn't go to a dealership for service, but over the past 8 years, I've come to respect and trust the folks at Piazza Honda, which gives me peace of mind, so I'll keep going there whether for routine service or problems that need expert diagnostics.

I always take my car for routine service at Piazza Honda of Reading. Their customer service has always been top notch. They are prompt and always friendly. My only complaint is I wish they would ask you if you want the free car wash after a service, instead of me having to ask because most times I forget and remember once I have already left. I love that they text and call with frequent status updates while your car is being serviced and how transport they are.

she immediately responded. It was a personal issue with dropping and picking up my car. And she handled it and everything went smoothly

I am very pleased with Piazza Honda of Reading. My 2015 Honda Fit still runs well after so many years and over 100,600 miles. The service crew keeps my car in good shape. What more can I ask for?

I had a flat tire over the weekend and called but because I was at work until they closed Saturday, they said to just come in Monday when they opened, which I did. I only

I highly recommend this dealership. They do excellent work at fair prices and don’t try to upsell services that aren’t needed . I made a mistake and took my car to a West Reading shop when I needed a new battery and was quoted $325 and then advised that I needed an additional brake fluid service. I picked up my car and brought it to Piazza where I got a new battery installed for less than $200 and they confirmed my brake fluid was just fine. Won’t make the mistake of taking my car anywhere else again!

They checked on an issue without an appointment. I was grateful they were able to check it immediately. Great job!

Greeted by Valet in parking lot who walked with me to service desk. Easy check in with pleasant Theresa. They were abke to fix my tire and do extra requests that I did not have scheduled. Nice waiting area with free coffee and snacks. So happy tv was not loud as I like to read . Greeted again when car was done and service lady explained bill and what was performed. Easy to pay at window. I brought cash as I was told when I scheduled as charge 3.5% on credit cards. My car brought yo me at door as I have difficulty with my legs. Very pleased with Reading Honda. I did not need to ask for a car wash coupon as I pay a monthly fee at Scotts for unlimited car washes. All staff friendly. I have been coming here to buy and for all my Honda service for many years. Rebecca always greets me, too and answers any of my questions!

Piazza Honda was very accomodating when I brought my Pilot in for service.I didn't have anyone who could pick me up while my vehicle was being serviced but Piazza Honda provided a ride home and then sent Uber to bring me back when my car was ready. That's what I call GREAT customer service!!

I can honestly say that every time I service my car at PSA Honda of reading I have no problem they do a great job and I give my car to no one else but he has a Honda of reading I'm very happy and content

Joe was very thorough and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Still have to pay a lot to replace the infotainment unit but that’s not Joe’s fault.
