T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Went in to upgrade my phone. Last time I went in a T-Mobile it was a nightmare (different location) so I was hoping for a better outcome today or I was walking away. Madison was awesome from the beginning to the end. Explained all the possible deals and incentives with a smile. She also provided us with cute T-Mobile gifts. Will definitely go to this location if need assistance again. Thank you!

Just purchased a phone, so there wasn't much to do on her part, but it was perfect service from Jackie and the other lady. I say the best tmobile store in the area.

I got 2 new phones today. I got all the help I needed from Gage. He was very helpful and kind to us. He did an amazing job with setting up everything and getting the job done for me. I am very happy with my experience today at T-Mobile🙂.

Great service start to finish. Gage greeted my family and I with enthusiasm and was eager to assist. He was very knowledgeable of all promotions and was able to answer all my questions. I successfully added my parents to my plan, got them new phones, swapped data, and swapped phone numbers. Would come back to store and would recommend to a friend

I came in with 2 situations that needed to be taken care of and was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. I have been a T-Mobile customer for so many years and I am glad that none of my experiences including this one have made me regret coming from another company. I totally trust T-Mobile and a highly recommend T-Mobile. My representative Gage was awesome and took care of me with speedy service!!

The store manager Skye is truly one of the kindest young woman that I have met in a very long time. And I like to also say that Gage a manager at this location also is absolutely so pleasant outgoing and friendly. When you walk in this T-Mobile location you automatically feel welcomed a pleasant happy warm atmosphere. And at this particular location which is close to me sometimes I feel guilty but call on a T-Mobile Tuesday and ask Skye or Gage is there a way that they could maybe help me get the free item for the Tuesday of the week because sometimes I'm not able to physically do to health problems always get there. And they go above and beyond to make sure that I get my T-Mobile Tuesday item. Skye and Gage work so hard making sure that I'm able to get the item and it makes me feel so appreciate as a customer and it touches my heart that they go out of their way that much for me. To some people a small free item might mean nothing . But to me a T-Mobile Tuesday free gifts put a smile on my face . I've been with T-Mobile for about a year now and I've had the best cell service I've not once had to call and complain at all about anything when it comes to my cell phone service they're absolutely an amazing company and great connection and to have a local T-Mobile store treat you as if you're a family member and go out of their way to put a smile on your face is something to be said .So kudos to T-Mobile and all their staff on 5th Street highway and to the company and to all the other staff at other locations thank you to all from me for doing such an excellent job and putting a smile on my face I would highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location they will help you with anything they will help you with the best phones that are on the market and get you the best rate plans I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied I know I'm a number one fan of T-Mobile.

I must commend Eliezer (Eli) on his professionalism. I recently bought a phone at T-Mobile, Eli helped me transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone. He was patient, understanding and focused. Eli is definitely a credit to T-Mobile. Thanks Eli.

Just had our 3g phone's updated to 5g. The customer service rep. Jackie was excellent in helping us transfering the stuff from old phone to new phone. Thanks!

Stewart was great. He helped me transfer both of my numbers from At&t to Sprint and now i’m saving $50 monthly. He was able to do it in the most inexpensive way for me,. GO see him!!

We upgraded 2 lines and was able to add an iPad @ the reading store. We worked with Chris he was incredible. My phone was not backed up and he was able to work his magic and transfer all of my info over. Because this is a work phone all of my info needed to be transferred and he did it.

Stewart was extremely helpfully getting me all set up with my new phone. He made porting over from T-mobile a breeze. Highly recommended him and the team.
