I ordered the general tso chicken and vegetable lo mein. Bother were wonderfully seasoned and delicious!

All of the food was really good and there was plenty in each container. My go to order at a new place is Singapore Mei fun, hot and sour soup and an egg roll and spring roll. The Singapore Mei fun is the best I’ve had in years outside of a couple places in Chester County and of course, downtown Philly. The egg and spring rolls were stuffed with nice fresh veggie ingredients and were cooked perfectly. The hot and sour soup had plenty of vegetables and tofu, and was just spicy enough! I’ve lived in Berks County for the past 11 years and this is the first place that I can say makes really good Chinese food. I just moved into this part of the county in November and I am very happy having found this place! Kudos to the owners and chef!

Topton is so lucky to have a nice little place like this for take out. Food is always great, hot and punctual. While set up with Covid protocol, not much seating is available. Recommend takeout only.

Fantastic food, always eat here when we want Chinese at home. Food is well cooked, you get what you pay for! No skimping on food, you order and you are set for a couple days. Would recommend to anyone wanting take out Chinese cuisine. Family run and owned, and they are such a lovely family. Thank you for the food!

I moved to Fleetwood ab 2 years ago and I've been searching for a good Chinese place ever since. Panda Inn is FANTASTIC!! My husband and I have been disappointed with all of the other local places and we're both picky when it comes to Chinese. We both took one bite of our food and looked at each other and just knew that this was the place. It's a good 15-20 min from us but I know from now on when we want good, fresh, delicious takeout that it will be well worth the drive. Everything tasted amazing- from the stereotypically bland pork fried fried, which ACTUALLY had flavor, to the taste of fresh ginger with the steamed dumplings. You get a LOT of food and hearty amounts of meat, unlike the other places. They have house mustard and chili oil upon request, it's delicious, and a telltale sign of an authentic Chinese restaurant. Really didn't know what to expect at 7:45pm on a rainy weeknight but you've got #1 fans in us and we're so happy to know our quest for half- decent Chinese food is over. You've surpassed our expectations. Thank you.

Got Gen Tso's Chick (large size). Everything was on par with portion and price. Food was almost too hot (temperature) to eat. Flavor was good. Got a good amount of actual chicken (vs clumps of breading). Waited was not too long considering there were 5 or 6 orders hanging. Kitchen appeared to be in decent clean condition. Eating area of about 12 was very clean. Bathroom immaculate.

We ordered online, and food was ready and HOT when we picked up. We get chicken and broccoli and chicken with garlic sauce which has a good tang to it. Super delicious. Owners are so great too.

We've been living in Topton for nearly a year now and finally worked up the courage to give Panda Inn a try. Chinese takeout can be really hit or miss, but what a pleasant surprise! The food was made fresh as we ordered and it was delicious. Best sesame chicken I've ever had! The family running the restaurant is so nice too - great service and really good food!

We really enjoy the food we get from there. We live in Fleetwood and don't mind driving to pick up our order. It's the best that we've had in awhile.

The best Chinese food in the county. I'm always full due to the fact that the fine people fill up those combo platters. 11/10

Good fast food Chinese, been going here for years. Never disappointed.

We first tried Panda Inn about a month ago. I always feel a good judge of any Chinese restaurant is to try their General Tso's. If that's good, I typically find the rest of the food will be good. I was happy to find that the General Tso's was excellent when we had it, and they gave pretty good portions.

This week we got another General Tso's and a Beef and Broccoli. Once again, both dishes were excellent. We bought combos, and between the meal and rice, the containers were pretty stuffed. They also did not shy on the actual meal and try to make up for it by using rice as filler like some places do.

I will echo the sentiments of some of the other reviewers and say that the family is very courteous. I'm very happy to have Panda Inn within a 10 minute drive from my house. This definitely has become my go-to Chinese restaurant for this area.

Best Chinese Restaurant in the Kutztown area. Asian Dynasty (Panda Inn's competitor located in Kutztown) got my best friend and I sick. Highly recommend Panda Inn the food and location are clean.

Best Chinese takeout in Berks.everything I bit into was the best I've had anywhere around. From the GenTsos, fried rice, and lo mein. Im in love.

Friendly service, very good food. Excellent value; I always get two meals from one platter, portions are generous.
