Never again!!!! I normally ship packages to Colombia and I decided to try this place but it was a nightmare! My package didn’t get there complete! Half of the items in the box were missing and even though I paid insurance for the package, I was told by Carlos the manager that there was nothing they can do because the entire box wasn’t lost!!!
