Their unwavering acceptance of everyone, regardless of disabilities, creates an environment of warmth and comfort. Despite my challenges stemming from a traumatic brain injury, they consistently go above and beyond to understand and work with me and my hair (and sometimes lack of 😉) ensuring I always leave feeling confident and satisfied. What truly sets them apart is their ability to consistently make every visit feel personalized, making me feel like I'm their only client each time I walk through the door. If there were a 100 stars to give them, I’d give them a 110. They’re that good, I promise ❤

Thanks Hair Artistry is one of Berks County’s hidden gems. Diane, Lilly and staff provided beautiful work from extensions, highlighting, cut and styling. I have received many compliments on their work. Their customer service is paramount! They are also an Aveda salon- A+! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Next time you need hair care, treat yourself and give them a call!

I’m very thankful to have crossed paths with Diane Keck- the owner/stylist/ an angel doing wonders down here on earth. She helped me pick a wig style that was right for me and took the time to teach me how a wig works and fits so I know how to handle it and can be confident wearing one myself. I’m a brain cancer survivor who is currently undergoing treatment and lost the one half side of my hair due to the radiation done on the one side of my head. Their customer service is unmatched and they use high quality vegan products such as Aveda. I was beyond impressed with the result Lily was able to achieve for me and my hair. This was my very first time at this location yeah I have to say it was the best experience I have ever encountered I was welcomed on entry and offer a beverage. Molly took me back to the chair and did a consultation and made me feel really at home . This was one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. I look forward to my

It's been quite a few years and multiple hairstylists since I got a haircut this good. My family had been going to someone for awhile and they moved. So we have been searching ever since. The last place I was at royaly messed up my hair and Diane was able to fix it and make me feel like myself again. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant. I can't recommend Thanx hair enough!

I always have great things to say about Thanx, particularly Diane. She always goes above and beyond with my hair care and is exceptionally patient and kind with my adult daughter who has special needs. The salon is always clean and inviting and all of the stylists are friendly and welcoming. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed, pampered, and happy with my hair.

After years of getting blond highlights on my dark brown hair, I've recently gone red. Diane has done a great job finding a fun, vibrant color that holds up well between appointments, even though red is tricky to maintain. And when I had her put highlights over my fading red because I knew I wouldn't be able to upkeep it properly while traveling for a few weeks, I received multiple compliments from strangers. Thanx now has many fans in California!

today was my first appointment at thanx salon....i just moved back to the area and was struggling with where to go! Thanx was fantastic- exceeding all expectations. diane was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Lilly did a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair despite my inability to effectively communicate what i wanted. i have already scheduled my next appointment! totally recommend!!

Molly is my favorite! (But all the staff is fantastic!) I have curly hair, and Molly does a great job listening to my concerns and adjusting to my needs. I have never had a bad haircut or hair color here! I highly recommend this company!

Thanx Hair Artistry is a great place, and Diane is awesome! We felt extremely welcomed and were treated like family. Diane paid attention to all of our needs, was extremely warm, patient, and kind, and went above and beyond even when she didn't need to. The studio itself was clean and modern, and we had a comfortable, fun experience. I highly recommend anybody to get their hair done here, even if they're not usually in the area. You'll never want to get your hair done anywhere else again.

About a year and half ago I was disappointed and complaining to my hubby about my hair color and cut. He googled hair salons in the area, Thanx Hair Artistry stood out to him as it wasn't your typical hair salon name. He drove me over there that day to check it out. There were some long standing clients there who just made us feel welcomed and rant about Diane and her staff. Diane had come over to talk with us and I told her what I was looking to achieve. She was so friendly and welcoming. She asked questions that no other stylist had ever asked. We were impressed and made an appointment. I have been going every 4 weeks since then and cannot express my gratitude to Diane and her staff for welcoming as if I was a family member. If anyone is looking for a warm, friendly and highly experienced salon then Thanx Hair Artistry is the place for you!!!

Diane the owner is awesome! I had an appointment with a program called wigs to wishes. She gave me a professional wig fitting and instructed me on how to care for it. Threw in free samples so I could wash and care for my wig properly. This is a free program for cancer patients. She buys these wigs herself for this program. I left with a beautiful free wig and she made me feel better about my appearance. Her salon is beautiful. When my hair starts growing in this is the salon I'll be using. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent customer service and immaculately clean!
