Merit Dental - Sinking Spring

I have regular 4 month visits due to having peridontal cleaning. The staff is so caring and thorough. I have family members that also receive dental care at Merit. Everyone is very professional but at the same time, give personal care.

This is a wonderful place and very efficient with excellent staff as well as the Dentist. I needed immediate assistance and they had me in the same day and provided me with excellent care and took care of my dental work . I would recommend this place 100%. Great outstanding place. Thank you

I had a crown that popped out. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Demetri (sp?) was professional, fast, and I felt very comfortable with him working on my problem. The support staff was, as always, great. I felt very grateful.

Merit Dental are true professionals in their field. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist. Each and everyone I was in contact with were polite, caring and kind. I cannot express my true appreciation for the entire staff.

The best of the best. All staff are extremely nice and professional. Everything that was done was explained very well. I had a procedure done and...Idk which doc did it ugh! But she was so gentle. I definitely recommend this place 1000%

My Wife and I really like merit Dental. The Staff from when you walk in the door to everyone you deal with is terrific. My Hygienist is great. She used something new to me, I believe it was called high pressure. My teeth have never felt better after a cleaning. We both Highly recommend Merit dental.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted quickly with a smile. Only waited a few minutes to take me back. Everyone was kind and friendly and reassured me that they understood my anxiety at the dentist. Lori, Lilly, Wendy, Tanesha and Dr Ken were awesome, very comforting and professional! Facility clean and neat! I highly recommend this practice!

Immediately felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was very welcoming. The hygienist and technichian I had were very polite and understanding,professional,

I always have a wonderful experience here!! While my past trips to other dentists have been not so positive, this office is always great!! Specifically, I recently had a filling done by Alicia. Without discomfort or adjustment, she completed my filling perfectly the first time! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Every single person who works at this establishment is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. They also explain everything along the way which I appreciate immensely. Going to the dentist can be a bit nerve-wracking and it's so comforting knowing that they really seem to have your best interest at heart.

The staff is great. Everyone friendly and courteous. From the front desk to the checkout. Alyssa did an outstanding job in cleaning my teeth. Very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Dr. Balatgek gave me a very thorough exam and a detail explanation of the results. And I even got a "goody" bag! 👍👍👍

Excellent Staff! Very Professional and Courteous!! We have never had a negative experience in all the years we have gone to them. Both my 9 yr old and 7 yr old especially love the staff. Liz, Bonnie, Taneshia & Eileen are their favorites. We can't forget Dr. Raj. The fact that Liz Bonnie Taneshia and Eileen remember conversations they had with my children and myself from our last visits... awesome..... all I can say. They actually get excited to go to the dentist and what parent of a 9 and 7 yr old can say that!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great professional dental services.

Excellent Service. Teeth cleaned perfectly, Hygienist was excellent and friendly. Check in and Check out is friendly and polite. Dentist was friendly as well. Staff is Great!!

Excellent staff! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a tooth that started to severely hurt over night and they were able to get me in for same day emergency treatment. I would definitely recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

Dr Ken is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is "My Dentist." From the moment he injects the Novocaine, with this little wiggling trick he does on your gum, all the way through whatever oral procedure you're experiencing, he does an outstanding job. He is courteous, and communicative, and that's important to me! The staff is also excellent, from reception and billing to the dental assistants and technicians. They really do care, bottom line!
