I was very impressed by the selection of furniture that Fecera’s had in their showroom. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not too pushy. I was welcomed and helped by Kira who was wonderful to work with and so helpful and sweet! The furniture selection was well made and not overpriced. We received our furniture in less time than expected and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Fecera’s has made a returning customer out of me and my family. They were great from start to finish!

From the floor salesman to the delivery service, Fecera's was top notch in every way! No hassle, no forced purchase, but very informative, friendly and fast delivery. Highly recommend Fecera's. Bought furniture here 18 years ago and came back recently to replace that furniture....18 years it lasted!!!

My experience at Fecera's was very pleasant and enjoyable. My sales lady was Jennie who was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She took her time showing my wife Denise, and I what the store had to offer and was not afraid to make suggestions! We were at the store several times deciding what we wanted and every time Jennie was more than happy to help with our decisions . I will recommend Fecera's for sure! Thank you Jennie!!

Our salesman, Mark, was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable of the products that were we looking at(living room furniture). He also was able to help us obtain our new furniture very easily. I love that Fecera's has programs for new homeowners prior to closing!!! This took a lot of pressure off of us and we got the living room furniture we wanted.

I picked my furniture out after walking your show room floor, I left, and called Joe the following week, he did great selling my sister her set which I love. So I went up and closed the deal, well so Far working with Joe, it was great, I picked the Southern Motion Furniture due to Comfort, Mechanics, Warranties and Customer Service. It's all been good so far, currently waiting for delivery in your projected time frame, so let's see how shipment call and setup goes. My experience was amazing and I worked with Mark at Fercera in Sinking Spring, PA. I was just looking for a bed and ended up purchasing a bed and can't wait until I receive the bed I'm going from a queen to a king and this one has storage and a book case that will match perfectly with my current furniture I will be using Fercera in the future for my purchases. The entire staff was so accommodating and friendly and I will be teling everyone to come to Fercera for furniture.

Good furniture at a fair price with a friendly staff and careful and attentive delivery. Got a couple sofas here about a year ago and they are holding up nicely. No issues.

Mark the salesman was very nice and informative. He was not pushy and very helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to get it.

Joe was extremely helpful and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure i left there happy and satisfied. He knew the business well, and went the extra mile to make sure i was able to land the furniture i wanted. I have gone back with my brother to have him do business with Joe as well, and once again he went above and beyond to try and get my brother the furniture piece he wants ordered sooner rather than later. He leads you through the process smoothly, gives honest advice, and truly cares about the customer over the sale. Feceras has been our family furniture go to for years and it is hard honest workers like Joe that keep us coming back

We visited several furniture places and didn’t find anything we really liked or were looking for. When we walked into Fecera’s we were met with Mark, who was right off the bat very helpful, and showed us different pieces that we loved. He knew right when to walk away and let us talk and decide together what we wanted. What a great sales person!! And Fecera’s has a wonderful, very flexible, INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT SYSTEM!!! Their prices are very reasonable too. We will definitely be back whenever we go furniture shopping again. And we will ALWAYS seek Mark out too!! We made two visits, one to shop around and then today to make our purchases. Sales team is polite and helpful, and not pushy. We knew exactly what we wanted when we went in today, and they made the whole process super easy. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place with a great variety of furniture at affordable prices. Joe was very helpful & informative & was able to help me find exactly what I needed. Very easy process to set up delivery. Mark at the sinking springs location did an amazing job. The best experience I have had furniture shopping. From sales to delivery Fecera’s did an awesome job. We ordered our furniture on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday! Thanks again Mark.

We have purchased from Fecera’s in West Lawn several times. The sales people are very helpful and not pushy. They greet, ask what you’re looking to buy, tell you where to look, then ask if you want time to browse. They check in several times in case you have questions.

We really love this place, and the new furniture we purchased from them. Our sales associate (Jade) was helpful, not pushy. Because of her professionalism, we ended up ordering a lot more than we initially intended, but are extremely pleased with the product, which is Made in the USA!

Great place to buy living room furniture. I went to 4 other places and they were less expensive. The salesman Joe was great. I was walking around looking and feeling overwhelmed. He saw the pieces I was looking at and pointed me to the right set. Everything I was looking for in a set, the color and size was perfect. He was patient and not pushy. I had it delivered in 2 days. Definitely will be back in the future.

Went in yesterday with a fabric issue that I was having with a couch that I purchased and had a lovely experience with a woman named Monica Bedo. She asked me to take photos of all the damaged cushions and send them in to her. By the next day I sent the photos to her and Monica told me that she contacted Ashley and was having all new cushion covers sent so that they all matched. I couldn't believe how wonderful she was. All customer service people should be as awesome as Monica. Most people make it seem like you are an annoyance to them with an issue but not Monica. She's a rock star!!!!!
