I haven’t been to a salon since the start of COVID, as it seemed to me an unnecessary risk. However, Carmen’s salon is spotless and social distancing protocols are clearly being observed.
Carmen asks questions and actually listens to the answers. She makes you feel welcome and like she wants you to be there. That’s not always the case for me; I have often been to salons where it seems they just want to get your money and rush you out the door. She even stayed late to make sure I could get exactly what I wanted.
If you need your hair did, your mane tamed or your wig flipped then you need to see Carmen😆. She always listens and makes sure you get exactly what you want.

What can I say about Carmen and her team... I took a leap of faith and decided to get my hair done for the holidays with Carmen. She inspired me to try new things on my hair that I never thought I had the confidence in actually doing. Carmen is professional, has a great sense of humor and is her team is very welcoming. This is why today I saw Carmen again for my second appointment and once again felt welcomed. The salon is spotless. The hospitality is like no other salon I have ever been to. Great place! Clean, organized, and super welcoming by the staff. Carmen did such an amazing job with my hair. I left amazed the the outcome as I’ve been trying to go lighter for months and she brought my vision to life! Carmen made sure to make me feel comfortable as we waited to wash my hair. Snacks and drinks were offered and the music in the background just made it an overall great experience. Will be returning 😍

I took my daughter to get the blue hair she’s been begging for forever. Carmen and her team are positively amazing. We got a quote, went ahead with the dye the very next day, and she’s absolutely thrilled beyond belief. When the color had a little more silver than blue after the first day, Carmen had us come back in at no extra charge to fix it a day later. It’s such a beautiful array of blues now that we can’t decide if she’s more peacock or mermaid child. The color is so vibrant and lovely. My daughter hasn’t been to a salon since long before COVID. We were impressed with their safety measures and the hospitality. Highly recommend. We loved the experience.

My experience with Dream and co was amazing! Carmen was very receptive to what I wanted done, and made sure to ask all of the questions to ensure I’d love the end result. I got a hair cut, full hilights and then styled. It was a very comfortable experience, and I was even treated to snacks during my service. During my appointment she recommended products that would work for my hair type and would compliment the color I was getting. You could tell she was very professional. The final result was amazing, and absolutely everything I wanted my hair to be. I will not be going anywhere but to Dream and Co for my hair services.

I was tired of not having an actual person I went to for haircuts, so I decided to look online to who had good reviews. This place has a high rating so I was intrigued and made an appointment for my son. He got an excellent haircut and his eyebrows are the BEST I have ever seen them look! (he gets them waxed because they're a tad bushy lol) MY hair has suffered (at my own hands..don't ask! :P) a bad haircut and went back to her to fix my boo boo and loved it! VERY clean, very professional and would 100% recommend to others!! Thank you Carmen for fixing me up so I don't feel so self-conscious in public or embarrassed to bump into anyone I know. That really meant the world to me to have someone not only listen to my wants (or don't wants lol) but help me get past the awkwardness of how I looked and make me feel like I genuinely looked much better when I walked out the door.

I was referred this salon by a friend of mine and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff is so welcoming and attentive .. they did not fail to accommodate any of my mother and I needs. I had my color done by Michael , he is super friendly and talented. You can feel all of the love that he puts into his work. I will be back 😊

I experienced a haircut and style from Emily which was excellent. All other staff were very friendly and professional as well. Atmosphere was great. I am a prior salon owner so takes a lot for me to be impressed but I left there looking forward to my next appointment.
