I’ve had State Farm since God knows when. More than a decade, I’d say. My husband and I both drive American muscle cars and the price (having both clean records) is unbeatable, both fully insured, and includes our mortgage insurance. What I personally love about this office is they REMEMBER my name, are always pleasant to talk to, walk in and are welcomed. Having a busy day and can’t talk at the moment? Recently had an unfortunate run-in with a deer that left my car in rough shape. My claim was handled quickly and smoothly and my car is back looking great!

I recently bought my parents house and needed home insurance. Ryan called me the same day I reached out and provided me with everything I needed to know and do. He was extremely patient and understanding with me, as I was extremely busy moving my Fiancé from her house to mine, working and taking care of both parents (back surgeries). I finally got him everything he needed to do the quote, which was done quickly and efficiently! We also did a home equity line of credit due to wanting to build a deck onto the house. The bank needed the Declaration page updated. Ryan was extremely helpful getting the page updated (quickly and efficiently)🙂and sent myself and the bank the updated declaration page and the closing is next week! I highly recommend Eshlemans for any and all of your insurance needs! These guys are professionals that care about you and your family. Thanks for all you did for me Ryan! 5 stars all the way!

I spoke to Michelle, Randy and Ryan both of which were super helpful and very helpful! I made the switch and then added a vehicle after the fact using the 1800 number, and then Michelle from this location called me to help make that better, she fixed the add and made it even cheaper! She was super friendly and also very obviously driven to make sure I had the best experience possible. I work in sales and so greatly appreciate when I am not being over sold or not talked into anything. This team is clearly an exceptional one and I can truthfully say I will be telling all of my friends and family to go here. If you are looking to switch, trust they have your back!

First came to Randy Eshelman 5 years ago for car insurance. Then 2 years later for home owners insurance then life insurance. Just recently we had quite the experience working on getting special life insurance for a specific bank loan, but they were able to make it happen for us! Everyone has always been a pleasure to speak to here and to ask questions. I've spoken to and had policies setup with Valerie, Randy, and just recently Ryan. We had a lot of hurdles with our recent policy, but Ryan was putting in extra hours to get us what we needed. The team at Randy Eshelman has been top notch and I'll always be shopping insurance with them first!
