Close to Santander $15 to park . Even with a show in got to park in the Bottom floor easy in & easy check out you take a ticket & pay when you leave they have actuall people also not just machines inside.didnt get lost definitely recommend parking here for events

Close to santander arena so you have only a short walk if going to a event.

Recommend parking here for any event atthe Santander arena. If you stop in the bar/restaurant and have any food or beverages they comp your parking...and it's right across the street.

No security in sight, urine everywhere. If you aren't with the crowd walking out I would be worried.

Was there for my brother's school at hotel, live a good distance away so sat in the car until he was finished. After over 2 hours of being there we saw security, he slowed and then stopped and backed into a spot and sat there on his phone for atleast 10 minutes. Then a blue security car comes flying around the corner and is within few feet of the rear of my car, guy moved his car next to hers and looked like a standoff! I sat there waiting for one of them to come up to my window but instead she honked her horn several times, and sat there. This was a 5-10 minute standoff, she continued honking her horn being very irritating at this point and mind you all windows were down. After 5-10 minutes she comes gunning it next to my car and says, i beeped my horn several times. Im thinking, no duh. She then proceeds to say we are on private property and I said yes i am, i am a guest at the hotel doing business. She then says it looks very inappropriate with a blanket over the window shielding from the sun. She and him then talk for about 5 minutes and both start speexing away. 5 minutes later the guy comes speeding around. The security of this garage is VERY unprofessional and need to be removed as they are a waste of money. I was here yesterday at the same spot for 4 hours and only saw security once! Please do NOT reply on the security as they appear to have no training or expereince besides being very rude!

as far as the location if you are going to the doubletree its fine. If you go there for an event they jack up the price for those for an unmanned parking lot. Unbelievable
