Staybridge Suites Salt Lake-West Valley City, an IHG Hotel

Pool is great for little and big kids. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. Appreciated the healthy breakfast options and coffee was good. Definitely would stay here again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at this wonderful hotel, which felt in the middle of nowhere we had every needed to go in SLC, yet was super close to major roads to get anywhere quick. The hotel was very clean, room spotless and very well appointed. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with family in for Christmas and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Front desk was very efficient and professional, breakfast was very fresh fruit and the best inclusive breakfast we've encountered. Children loved the pool and children's play area in pool. Slides were not open, which should be stated upon time of reservation. Signage to entrance should be more clear about entrance to hotel would be helpful, with HI big round entrance looking like the place to turn, but not! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a fabulous time at this location. I purchased a suite for my nieces and nephews Christmas gift and we came in January to cash it out. The staff let us say a little later the next day, thank you. The breakfast was fabulous, clean, with tons of choices for everyone. The pool was so much fun for all ages in our group. The waterslide was a hit especially at night, they loved going in the dark. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless, huge, and we were able to give each set of kids their own room to watch and hang out with cousins their age. It was such a fun family night. Thank you.

Family friendly hotel which is surprisingly quiet. We booked at this hotel for the pool facilities and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and really well designed. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very nice.

This is becoming our Brand of choice for staying at. Certain locations offer better amenities than others, but all of them so far are great.

It was the most peaceful and enjoyable stay ive ever had! Considering that i had come to Utah to Celebrate my husbands New Life with Christ, and his Heavenly Birthday 🙏. The staff and Management are the Best!! The most caring, hard working and Sincere group of folks I have ever met 🥰🥰 They did housekeeping everyday and respected my room as I had my Husbands ashes there with me ❤ The hotel itself is Comfortable and clean! With all the amenities you'll need! Breakfast is served daily, and delicious!! You'll have access to the indoor warm pool and hot pool/jacuzzi. With a mini store in the lobby, midnight snacks and otc meds and limited ki ds of supplies are easy to attain. Rented the Pinnacle room on the first floor for the event,.and Management helped me from.start to finish with arranging the catering and dressing the tables and set up, to also coming in on his day off while sick mind you, to help make sure my husbands event was a success 🙌 also bringing his personal laptop to assist me in playing a thumbdrive for a video. How much more could you ask from a hotel!! They are the absolute best ❤❤❤

Yeezy the night shift concierge was fantastic. Very friendly and helped me get my reservation organized when I arrived. He made the trip fantastic and my kids loved the pool. We will be back.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly they are very professional and care about your situation no matter what it may be. The rooms are always top notch and tidy. They are very well maintained the location is great I do not drive however it is close the the transit system here in Utah and it is very easy to get to. I love this hotel.

This place has a very nice staff, and the rooms are fantastic. You have a two-eye stove top and they provide some pots and pans and utensils to use. They have a huge pool and a big slide if you have kids. The rooms are very well insulated I haven't heard a single noise since I've been here. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

A little bit of a strange location, but the hotel is nice. Very clean and comfortable. There is construction going on next door so please be mindful of that. The social was great each day it was available. Great Breakfast as well. Nice restaurant selection near by with in walking distance from the hotel.

Great place to stay with kids! The indoor waterpark is great for young kids. The rooms and lobby look new. Very clean and comfortable.

My kids have all loved coming here over the years. The room accommodations are perfect for quick family trips since they have multiple beds and a kitchen. The kids love the pool and mini-water park. Only minor complaint is the chlorine level in the pool is pretty maxed out due to all of the kids in it, so it makes your eyes burn quite a bit. Even my kids complained about it. Still, it's a fun place to go, especially when you're looking for an inside option.

My flight was canceled and I needed somewhere close to stay for the evening. They were kind enough to upgrade my reservation. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, and a "living room". I can genuinely say that the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. You can check my other reviews and see that I've stayed in many hotels. There's an indoor pool and outdoor area with a grill and fireplace.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've been to. Room was clean and updated. Soft bed and plump pillows. My kids loved the water park and temperature was warm! Shower had quality dove brand products and towels were a good size. There was a full kitchen in our room with fridge, microwave, and stove top. Everything we could need in one room! Definitely recommend!

Needed a room early and they were very accommodating. Wife and I are in the process of moving and needed a comfy place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and like they have a kitchen. Beds are plush, fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Breakfast bar is great, see pics. More to come, we will be here a few days. Social Hour on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are great. Beer, wine, and some type of food was a big plus.

Staybridge was a very clean beautiful hotel. Ez checked us in and was very polite and helpful. The pool was clean and the slide was fun. Our suite was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was nicely prepared with a great variety. We will definitely stay here every time we come to West Valley. Thank you.

Clean,inviting rooms ! The staff was friendly and polite. The pool area was clean and organized and well maintained. Our grandkids had an amazing time playing and sliding down the huge slide ! What a wonderful experience! And to top it off they serve a wonderful breakfast in the lobby … we will definitely be back!

Water park was perfect for our young and special needs kids. They even provided life vests. I was able to have fun with the kids without feeling scared. Beautiful bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a real coffee pot!!!!! We usually stay at Hiltons but I will be scoping out staybridge suites wherever we go before going hilton by default.

This is the nicest 3 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. Very clean, and quite. Very nice fitness and free laundry facilities, super clean, large, indoor pool and spa, and excellent breakfast buffet. They even have a free dinner with a drink, 3 days a week. Minutes walk to Salt Lake City light rail station.
