Let me off with the owner. He was super friendly, very welcoming, and he went above and beyond in his service. The food was amazing. It is delicious and hard to eat. But for me, the harder it is to eat, the better. And his staff was super nice and so engaged in the duties. They definitely did not miss a beat. Will definitely be goin back.

This guy right here is the most kind, respectable and adorable person in the whole wide world… he was my waiter and attended me as if I was his king… I would 100% recommend coming here to eat….

So we drive a semi and parked at PPG coatings warehouse. Hungry enough to take a walk and BOOM! Found Mike's Sandwich Shop. The staff are super nice. Best buffalo chicken cheesesteak sandwich I've EVER had!! Highly recommend this awesome establishment!

Mikes Sandwich shop in my opinion is the best Sandwich shop Reading has to offer. Their Steak sandwiches are Second to none. They offer a couple different styles of Steak Sandwiches. You owe it too yourself to try them. Start with the legend and yes they come with pickles. Enjoy !

I don't get to Mike's often, but I'm always happy when I do. They have the selection I want in a sandwich shop plus a few surprises. The people are always cheerful and helpful. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It should definitely be on anyone's list of preferred sandwich shops in the area.

Best sandwich anywhere on the East Coast Same great Quality like 30 years Ago that Local homemade Old school cheese steak cooked on the old school Flattop with the hard Italian roll onions and Sweet peppers cheeses Very high quality and The best Fry's in a paper bag All food is cooked right in front of you!

Excellent customer service, excellent job catering, and seriously delicious food. Smash burgers, sandwhich tray and chicken tenders can’t beat it. Keep up the good work !

I saw a post on Facebook reving about a cheese steak sandwich. He added the picture and described it. I was so impressed, I went and got takeout cheese steak with sauce and onions and fries. OMG. It was the absolute best steak sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. No other compares. As I was waiting for my order, 2 gentlemen were seated at the counter eating their cheese steak sandwiches with fries. I was just about salivating as I sneaked a peak at them eating. I highly recommend Mike's Sandwich Shop.

Can I just say wow. Ignore the lower ratings and bad comments because if I could give this place 10 stars I would. I ordered a roast beef sandwich added a comment for pickles and for the sandwich to be grilled. Ordered for a later time, usually places just make it and let it sit for the entire time. My sandwich was still fresh and may I say absolutely f****** delicious😂. Everything was perfect and I'm pretty sure I’m getting dinner from here tonight too! Keep making amazing food, ignore the haters!

Had the Godfather (one of the first!) and there is definitely a silly amount of cheese.. Asked for a side of sauce and didn’t need it because the food was so good.

I have been living near the area for about seven years and I’ve never eaten here. I went in and got a large cheesesteak, and I took a bite. When I took that bite, I looked up in shock and I live next to me and around me, and just said this has flavor! I am definitely going to be going here more often. It was a great prices. Food was great and the service was also great.

The best cheesesteak sandwich that I have ever tasted in my life came from here, and I will order more. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal.

First time coming along Mike and I mean the best cheesesteak I've had with real meat. We got the sauce and pickles on the side and it was absolutely delicious. Me and my man both got the legend and it was so good! We ordered online which was quick and easy. I will definitely be returning in the future
